加氫固態催化劑的製備與鑑定

摘要


本論文主要探討用於加氫催化反應的固態催化劑之製備,由文獻上所提及的NiAg/SAPO-11催化劑為基礎,進行製備方法的測試與鑑定,在此選擇以共浸法乾燥製備的催化劑(a),與成大航太所合作進行催化反應測試,在加氫裂化及異構化的反應上得到了不錯的效果。在使用過後的催化劑(a)之紅外線吸收光譜中,可以看到催化起始物C15~1C8烷的訊號,並且在粉末X-光繞射圖譜中觀察到Ni的訊號減弱,因此推論出催化劑失效的可能原因,並嘗試進行再生,達到重複使用催化劑的目標。

The preparation of solid-state catalyst for hydrotreating process were discussed in this thesis. We use the NiAg/SAPO-11 as catalyst which mentioned in the literature to test the catalytic efficiency. Catalyst (a) performed well on hydrocracking and isomerization reaction tested by NCKU-DAA research group. The FTIR spectrum showed there were two signals of C15~C18 alkane on spent catalyst (a), but the signal of Ni was found to be reduced on XRD spectrum. These could be the reason of catalyst invalid. Thus, trying to regenerate the spent catalyst to achieve the reusing process is the goal which we mention in this thesis.
