伯馬企業有限公司實習報告-建築外牆用瓷磚接著劑應力試驗與研究

摘要


本研究主要分成兩個部分,第一部分主要講述在伯馬企業有限公司實習過程及心得,第二部分主要講述在實習過程中,尋找並訂立一個與公司產品相關之主題,加以深入研究以達到產學合作之雙贏目的。 第一部分主要先簡單介紹伯馬企業,並藉由本人在技術部門實習一年,從工作中學習實務經驗,再將工作所學與學術理論結合,進而對黏度、環氧樹脂和國家標準有了更進一步的認識,最後再撰寫實習心得及未來自我期許。 第二部分主要目的為針對建築外牆用瓷磚接著劑,首先介紹瓷磚接著劑市場概況、主成分及瓷磚接著劑之應用。分別使用新一代低模數瓷磚接著劑與傳統瓷磚接著劑藉著模擬中華民國國家標準CNS 12611及CNS 16064進行檢測,以比對低模數瓷磚接著劑和傳統瓷磚接著劑之優劣,並建立公司產品的資料庫。最後分別經由黏度及含水率訂立低模數瓷磚接著劑之生產標準,再藉由接著強度及內聚破壞率比較兩種瓷磚接著劑之強度和穩定性,結果低模數瓷磚接著劑之數值皆高於標準許多且穩定,傳統瓷磚接著劑每組數據皆有落差,極為不穩定。但抗拉強度及斷裂伸長率的規範只在針對低模數瓷磚接著劑的CNS 16064提及,且由於傳統瓷磚接著劑固化後過於剛硬無法拉伸,最後試驗結果雖僅接近標準數值,但觀察斷裂點皆有氣泡,因此估計改善製作手法後,即可高於達標。

The research is mainly divided into two parts. The first part discusses the background, learning process and final review for my internship at Perma Enterprise Co., Ltd. The second part introduces how I finds a topic related to the company's products during the internship process and conducts the topic into a deeper research to achieve a win-win situation for the cooperation between our uni-versity and the industrial. The first part briefly introduces the background of Perma company, the practical experience I learned throughout my internship and the application of my experience to the academic. Through the application, I have a better understanding of viscosity, epoxy resin and national standards. Therefore, in the end of this part, I also wrote an internship review and a future self-expectation. In the second part, the main purpose of my topic is to use the tile adhesive for building exterior wall. First, it introduces the market overview of the tile adhesive, the main component in the adhe-sive and the application of the tile adhesive. Moreover, in order to compare the advantages and dis-advantages between the low modulus tile adhesive and the traditional tile adhesive and establish a database for the company’s products, the new generation of low modulus tile adhesive and the conventional tile adhesive were used to test by simulating the National Standards of the Republic of China, CNS 12611 and CNS 16064. Finally, the production standards of low modulus tile adhesive were determined by viscosity and moisture content. Then compare the strength and stability of the two tile adhesives by the strength and cohesive failure rate. For a result, the values of the low-modulus tile adhesive are much higher than the standard one, and it is also more stable, but the conventional tile adhesive have a drop in each group of data, which is extremely unstable. However, the specifications for tensile strength and elongation at break are only mentioned in CNS 16064 for low modulus tile adhesive, and cannot be stretched because the conventional tile adhesive is too rigid after curing. Although the final test results are only close to the standard values, there are bub-bles at the fracture points. Therefore, it is estimated that after the improvement of the production method, the standard can be achieved. After testing the National Standards of the Republic of Chi-na, low modulus tile adhesives have the potential to replace traditional tile adhesives.
