摘要

利用帶有四碳鏈的膠體帶有芳香烴的膠體分離重組蛋白。以不同的進樣方向，配合不同鹽的濃度和停留在膠體的時間，找出並測試對樣品分離的前後順序條件。

The use of colloidal gel with four-carbon chain and colloidal gel with aromatic hydrocarbon to separate recombinant proteins were studied. In a different direction of injection, with different salt concentration and residence time in the colloidal gel, the orders of separation of samples were tested and identified.
