摘要

本研究利用網路爬蟲取得臺北市Ubike租賃資料，及利用Google Map與政府公開資源平臺爬取台北市Ubike各站點之地理資訊，如各站點250公尺內公園數量、站點所在之鄰里人口數等…，嘗試於未持有任何資料之前提下分析並了解Ubike市場現況及管理者進行決策時所需資訊，分析目標分為(1)目前臺北市Ubike營運及租賃現況分析及闡述(2)利用租賃資料與地理資訊，探討影響租賃情形之地理因素(3)建立預測模型進行預測新增站點租賃情形。

This research uses web crawlers to obtain Ubike rental information in Taipei City, and uses Google Map and government open resource platforms to crawl the geographic information data of Ubike sites, such as the number of parks within 250 meters of each site, and the population of neighborhood where the Ubike site is located,etc., try to analyze the current situation of the Ubike market without holding any data and the information for decision-making from managers. The analysis objectives are divided into (1) analyze and explain the current situation of Ubike in Taipei City (2) Try to combine rental information with geographic information to explore the possible geographic reasons for the existing leasing situation (3) Establish a predictive model to predict the possible leasing situation of new sites.
