台灣核心家庭居家空間之變遷及影響
Changes and Impacts of Home Space in Taiwan's Nuclear Family
摘要
「空間塑造人，人創造環境」特別在小孩的成長過程中，父母親如何透過居家空間使用模式的安排，以再現其親子關係，以及期待對於小孩成長經驗的關照，成為本研究的基礎認知。 本研究選擇三個個案進行該議題的研究，這三個個案均有小孩在過去十年間從小學成長到大學的過程作為案例選擇的依據。首先，藉由家庭居家空間的變遷觀察，探討隨著兒童成長而產生的空間變化，以及這個家庭的使用經驗的描述。然後，透過回溯家戶空間的轉變，繪成圖面。利用不同改變階段的圖面來註記與父母以及小孩使用經驗的訪談資料，深入了解三個家庭在背景差異下的居家空間的使用行為，而進行交叉的比較研究。研究發現，居家空間模式的安排支持了各家庭所要維繫的親子關係，對於兒童在成長過程中透過空間模式的「身教」影響是具體的。其次，家庭的空間調整是緩慢的，關鍵在於成長過程中的性別因素的隱私性是造成主要空間改變的原因。

"Space shapes people, and people create the environment". Especially in the growing process of children, how parents reproduce their parent-child relationship through the arrangement for usage model of the home space and look forward to care the growth experience of children, which forms the basic cognition of this study. In this study, three cases are discussed as subjects, in which children’s growth process from elementary school to the University in the past decade is taken as the basis for cases. First, by observation of the home space changes, the author explores space change as children grow up, as well as description of the family’s usage experience, then to plot the surface through the backtracking to the change of home space. Interviews with parents and children are marked by the surfaces of different stages, and further to understand usage behavior of three families’ home space in different backgrounds and make a cross-comparison. The study found that arrangements for usage model of the home space support the parent-child relationship that families should maintain, which is concrete to the impact through space model of "teaching by example" in the growing process of children. Second, family’s space adjustment is slow, and it is crucial that privacy of gender is cause to major space changes in the growth process.
