桃園市公立高中職身心障礙學生之個人背景、情緒智能、壓力知覺與心理健康之關聯性研究

A Study of the Relationships among Personal Background, Emotional Intelligence, Perceived Stress and Mental Health of the Public Senior High School Students with Disabilities in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中職身心障礙學生個人背景、情緒智能、壓力知覺與心理健康之關係,並討論:(一)高中職身心障礙學生情緒智能、壓力知覺與心理健康的現況;(二)高中職身心障礙學生之個人背景(包含性別、年級、學制、障礙類別)對於情緒能、壓力知覺與心理健康的差異;(三)高中職身心障礙學生情緒智能、壓力知覺與心理健康間的關係。本研究採取問卷調查法,以桃園市公立高中職身心障礙學生為研究對象,取樣桃園市13所公立高中職,共184人為研究對象。研究結果如下: 一、 桃園市高中職身心障礙學生情緒智能現況以情緒認知因素得分最高,正向激勵因素最低。 二、 桃園市高中職身心障礙學生有中度壓力感受。 三、 桃園市高中職身心障礙學生心理健康現況大致良好。 四、 不同性別之高中職身心障礙學生在壓力知覺有顯著差異。 五、 壓力知覺對於心理健康有預測力。

The purpose of the research was to identify the correlation between personal background, emotional intelligence, stress perception and mental health of high school students with disabilities, and discover: (1) The status of emotional intelligence, stress perception, and mental health of high school students with disabilities; (2) Differences in emotional intelligence, stress perception and mental health in the personal backgrounds (including gender, grade, school system, and obstacle categories) of high school students with disabilities; (3) The correlation among emotional intelligence, stress perception, and mental health of high school students with disabilities. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Taking Taoyuan City public high school students with disabilities as the research object, 13 public high schools in Taoyuan City were sampled for a total 184 people. The survey concluded: (1) The emotional intelligence status of high school students with disabilities in Taoyuan City scored highest with emotional cognitive factors, and the positive incentive factors were the lowest. (2) High school students with disabilities in Taoyuan City have a medium degree of pressure. (3) The mental health status of high school students with disabilities in Taoyuan City is generally good. (4) There is a significant difference in pressure perception among high school students with disabilities of different genders. (5) Stress perception predicts mental health.
