摘要


全世界COVID-19疫情仍嚴峻,遠距教學及居家辦公讓筆電、桌機、手機等高科技產品的需求大幅提升,產品的高壽命、低故障率的表現更能獲得消費者的青睞,並提升產品的競爭力和品牌的市場價值。在實務上,壽命績效指標被廣泛用來評估產品製程的壽命績效表現,所以對壽命績效指標做推論成為很重要的議題。 本研究假設產品的壽命服從Chen分配時,利用逐步型I區間設限樣本,求出壽命績效指標C_L之最大概似估計量,並以此估計量作為檢定統計量進行假設檢定,當總實驗時間固定或不固定時,在逐步型I區間設限下,決定最佳實驗設計以達到最小的總實驗成本,並以表格形式列出相關值供使用者使用,最後我們利用兩個例子來為驗證整個研究。

The COVID-19 is still severe in the world, remote teaching and home office have greatly increased the demand for high-tech products such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones. The high lifespan and low failure rate of the products can attract more consumers, enhance the competitiveness of products and upgrade the market value of the brand. In practice, lifetime performance indices are widely used to evaluate the lifetime performance of product in manufacturing processes. Thus the inferences about life performance index have become a very important topic. This research considers the lifetime of products following the Chen distribution, the maximum likelihood estimator of the lifetime performance index CL is calculated under progressive type I censoring and this estimator is used as the testing statistic to construct the hypothesis testing procedure. The experimental design is determined to achieve the minimum total experimental cost under the condition of fixed total experimental time and unfixed total experimental time. At last, two numerical examples are used to verify the use of our proposed experimental design.
