新北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員對新型冠狀病毒防疫措施認知及教學實踐

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市公立幼兒園教保服務人員對新型冠狀病毒防疫措施認知及教學實踐程度,以問卷調查法進行研究。以分層、隨機的方式進行抽樣,總計發出共360份問卷,並剔除回收問卷中資料填答不完全者,得到有效問卷共360份,此外並輔以半結構式的訪談共6位教保服務人員,經資料整理分析後,獲致如下的結論: 一、教保服務人員整體上對COVID-19認知具有「中等」之認知程度。 二、教保服務人員整體上對COVID-19防疫措施認知具有「中等」之認知程度。 三、教保服務人員整體上因應COVID-19教學實踐具有「中上」之程度。 四、教保服務人員對COVID-19認知程度,會因「教育程度」不同,有顯著差異。 五、教保服務人員對COVID-19防疫措施認知程度,會因「職務」及「年資」不同,有顯著差異。 六、教保服務人員因應COVID-19教學實踐程度,皆未達顯著差異。 最後根據研究結果,提出具體之建議,讓教保服務人員、學校單位、教育行政機關與未來研究者做參考。

The purpose of this research was to explore the knowledge and teaching practice of public kindergarten education on the new coronavirus epidemic prevention using a survey appraoch. A total of 360 valid questionnaires were obtained. In addition, a semi-structured interviews were conducted with 6 teachers. The conclusions included: 1.The preschool teachers had a "medium" level of cognition of COVID-19. 2.The preschool teachers had "medium" level of cognition of COVID-19 epidemic prevention. 3.The preschool teachers had a "medium-upper" level of the COVID-19 teaching practice. 4.The preschool teachers’ level of awareness of COVID-19 varied significantly depending on the"education level". 5.The preschool teachers’ cognition of COVID-19 prevention varied significantly depending on their "jobs" and "senior years". 6.There was no significant difference in the COVID-19 teaching practice among the preschool teachers. Finally, based on the research results, specific suggestions were provided for reference by education and protection service personnel, school units, educational administrative agencies, and future researchers.
