助人工作者工作壓力、情緒調節、心理彈性之相關研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討助人工作者工作壓力、情緒調節、心理彈性之間的關係。本研究以227位台灣助人工作者為研究對象。使用工具包括工作壓力量表、情緒調節量表,以及心理彈性量表,所得資料以描述性統計資料、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究發現如下: 一、台灣助人工作者在工作中感受到中等程度的工作壓力。 二、台灣助人工作者在情緒調節上,重新評估的使用略高於壓抑。 三、台灣助人工作者具有中高程度的心理彈性能力。 四、助人工作者的工作壓力在性別、工作年資、證照有無、受雇型態、服務場域上有顯著差異。 五、助人工作者的工作壓力、情緒調節、心理彈性在年齡上有顯著差異。 六、社會工作者在高程度工作壓力的比率較諮商心理、臨床心理顯著來的高。 七、情緒調節中的重新評估與壓抑構面彼此間有顯著差異及中偏高程度的正相關。 八、心理彈性與重新評估有顯著差異及正相關。 九、工作壓力與壓抑彼此間有顯著差異及正相關。 根據以上研究發現,本研究進一步提供未來研究與實務上的建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among job stress, emotional regulation, and psychological flexibility ability on Taiwanese professional helpers .The research was conducted on 227 participants worked as social workers、consultant psychologists、and clinical psychologists . The data collection was conducted through questionnaires by using the Job Stress scale, the Emotional Regulation scale, and the Psychological Flexibility scale. The data was analyzed by adopting descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Cross analysis and Pearson Correlation. According to the results of analysis, the conclusion are summarized as follows: 1.The performance of Job Stress on Taiwanese professional helpers is moderate. 2. Taiwanese performance helpers use cognitive reappraisal more than suppression in regulating emotions. 3. The performance of psychological flexibility on Taiwanese professional helpers is moderately high. 4. There is a significant difference in the terms of gender、job tenure、license、Employment Type and Different Type of Work Places with Job Stress. 5. The professional Helpers have a significant differences among the age, the work stress, ethe motional regulation, and the psychological flexibility. 6.In the performance of high Job Stress, the social worker is higher than Consultant psychologist and Clinical psychologist. 7.There is a significant moderate positive correlation between cognitive reappraisal and suppression. 8. There is a significant moderate positive correlation between psychological flexibility and cognitive reappraisal. 9. There is a significant moderate positive correlation between Job Stress and suppression.
