澎湖縣心理師工作現況與因應之研究

本研究主旨在探求澎湖縣心理師工作之現況與因應，主要研究目的為：一、瞭解澎湖縣心理師工作現況之挑戰。二、瞭解澎湖縣心理師工作現況之優勢。三、瞭解澎湖縣心理師面對工作現況的因應之道。採用質性研究取向，透過訪談法，以在地工作之五位心理師為研究對象做訪談，結合半結構方式進行，本研究結果如下：一、澎湖縣心理師工作之所面臨之挑戰共可分為五個面向：(一)專業成長上的挑戰；(二)在地人文地理特性的挑戰；(三)人力不足工作量增加；(四)組織制度與主管的挑戰；以及(五) 整體環境的挑戰。二、澎湖縣心理師工作所具備之優勢，共可分為五個面向：(一) 海島風情-天然人文環境的滋養；(二) 這裡需要你，你就是最大資源-人力需求；(三) 小而巧小而美-地方小、組織小的好處；(四) 一個人的自主與自由；(五) 待發展的市場需求-民眾對心理衛生的需要。三、澎湖縣心理師面對工作現況之因應，共可分為六個面向：(一) 不同視角，不一樣的風景-重新詮釋；(二) 跨出舒適圈-勇於挑戰，no pain no gain；(三) 專業角色，助人自助；(四) 依人文特性因地制宜的介入不同策略；(五) 跨單位／系統間的連結與溝通協調； (六) 個人適應。最後，研究者根據研究結果與發現，進一步提出給相關組織管理者、未來從業人員做參考。

This study aims to explore the current work status and coping strategies of professional psychologists in Penghu. The goal of this research included：（1）to understand the contents of the current work status of the professional psychologists’ barrier,（2）to understand the contents of the current work status of the professional psychologists’ strengths,（3） to understand the contents of the current work status of the professional psychologists’ copying strategies. As this study adopts the approach of qualitative research, the following conclusions are reached through interviewing five subjects, combined with the outline of semi-structured interviews： First, the barriers on the current work status of the professional psychologists’ in Penghu could be divided into five aspects：（1）the challenge to improve professional ability,（2） the different cultural characteristic compare to Taiwan mainly island of humanities and cultures,（3） short-staffed and extra workloads,（4） the barriers on institutional regulations and non-professional managements, and（5）lack of understanding about psychosocial knowledge, unknown and no interest, this situation leads to misunderstanding and labeling. Second, find out the strength from barriers in the professional psychologists’ current work status, included five aspects：（1）the island style - nature environment and Slow living, （2）shortage of local professionals and you are the human resource they need,（3）small island and simple organization -information flow, easy to communication and to simplify work procedure, （4）flexibility of the working content and methods, and （5）market potential-the needs of mental health. The last, the strategy of the current work status of the professional psychologists’ could be divided into six aspects: （1） different position, different vision,（2）stepping out of the comfort zone - enjoys challenge, no pain no gain.（3）Professional roles, help others and self-help,（4）adjusting methods or strategies following the status of Penghu County,（5） well connection between cross-unit/ cross-system, and communication／negotiation with cross-unit／system, and（6）personal adaptation in local, have your own life domain. Finally, based on study results and discussion, suggestions are provided for relevant organization managers and future practitioners.
