金屬−配基自組裝分子膠囊之配基引入具液晶性質結構之合成及研究

摘要


在本論文中結合金屬−配基自組裝以及液晶性質結構設計出具有多功能性的分子膠囊,配基使用兩個間位吡啶配基與金屬配位後夠產生一個四配位的分子孔洞,此孔洞直徑約為1 nm,依照參考文獻此孔洞能夠容納C60。配基引入具液晶性質的結構,預期此分子膠囊捕捉客體分子後能夠透過偏光顯微鏡快速了解主客間的作用狀態。

We utilized metal¬ligand self-assembled and liquid crystal conceptions designed a multifunction molecular capsule. Bi-pyridine on the ligand coordinate with metal will form a four-coordinate molecular capsule. The diameter of the capsule is approx. 1nm. Refer to literature this hole can capture a C60.We expected liquid crystal capsule capture guest molecule could be observed simply and quickly by polarized optical microscopy.
