高密度都市地區國民小學永續校園調查與分析 ─以台北市大同區為例

A Study of Sustainable Campus Survey for the Elementary Schools in High Population Urban Area ---Take Datong District of Taipei as an Example

摘要


校園環境於都市中的配置和分佈是廣泛且均勻的,且校園中廣大綠地面積與保水環境對於都市生態環境之影響扮演著重要的角色。因此,校園環境永續之經營足以左右所在都市環境的生態品質,也可由此反映地區使用者對於環境的態度與關係。 為此,本研究以高密度都市地區國民小學作為研究對象,希望藉由現場調查研究之方式,透過詳實的紀錄與訪談實地調查台北市大同區八所公立國小校園環境,再整合目前既有之永續校園理論與技術,以累積都市地區永續校園環境之基礎資料,並進一步對於都市地區校園之環境調查資料進行分析與探討,藉此作為往後都市環境改善與永續校園推動之參考。 校園對於都市環境影響較大分別為綠環境與水環境,所以在調查形式上本研究以校園綠環境與水環境為主;為求深入了解校園永續環境,研究上透過討論既有文獻與相關評估原則,確立研究面向分別為:校園綠環境品質與程度、校園水環境品質與程度、校園用水與用電。最後透過彼此面向相互間之比較分析,探究都市地區校園環境所存在之相關環境資源與影響之因素,進而對分析之內容提出具體建議。

The environment disposition and distribution of the campus in the city are extensive and even, and the vast green area and water environment in the campus to cause the influence on the ecological environment in the city. So, the environment of the sustainable campus influence ecological quality of the enough to be about city environment, and reflect the attitude and relation to the environment of regional user from this area . For this reason, this research is regarded as the research object with the elementary school in high population urban area, hope to do on-site inspection with visit eight elementary school environments of Da Tong district in Taipei, through the detailed and accurate record in on-the-spot investigations way, combine at present current sustainable campus theory and technology, in order to accumulate urban area basic data of sustainable environment, and carry on analysis and discussion to the environmental survey data of the campus in the city, make use of this to improve of urban environment and promoted sustainable campus later on. It is green environment and water environment respectively to be of great impact to the city environment in the campus, so formal research mainly on the green and water environment of the campus, in order to understand the the sustainable campus environment, through the research discussion study the current documents and principle relevantly, establishment study aspect including: Green environmental quality and degree , environmental quality and degree, water and power consumption in campus. Finally, through mutual comparative and analysis each other, probe into the relevant environmental resources and factor that is influenced existing in environment of campus of urban area, and then propose the concrete suggestion on the contents of analysing.
