教學運用社群媒體能否減緩學生抗拒行為,提升學習動機,增進學習成效?

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生的抗拒行為、學習動機、學習成效之現況與相關情形,及了解目前運用於輔助教學之社群媒體,是否對抗拒行為影響學習動機產生調節作用。 為達研究目的,首先進行文獻探討,做為本研究的理論基礎。其次採用問卷調查法,以自編「教學運用社群媒體與學生學習現況問卷」進行調查。研究對象以107學年度淡江大學商管學院學生為母群體,採方便取樣方式進行問卷調查,共發出433份,其回收率為100%,有效問卷387份。經使用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、積差相關、多元迴歸等統計方法進行分析,其所獲致的研究結論如下: 一、 淡江大學商管學院學生抗拒行為現況屬於中下程度,學習動機與學習成效現況屬 於中上程度。 二、抗拒行為與學習動機呈顯著負相關。 三、抗拒行為對學習動機具有預測力。 四、學習動機與學習成效呈顯著正相關。 五、學習動機對學習成效具有預測力。 六、社群媒體對抗拒行為影響學習動機有調節作用。 最後,依據研究結果,提出對於學校方面、教師以及未來研究之建議,期許本研究成果,有助於提升教學效果。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the circumstance and the relationship between resistance behavior of college students and their learning motivation and learning effectiveness, in order to understand whether using social media in teaching can influence learning motivation. First of all, the literature review is to form the theoretical foundation of this study. Next, use questionnaire survey which titled social media in teaching and students learning, as a research method. The participants are students from College of Business and Management, TKU. In total, 433 questionnaires were collected 387 valid ones. The response rate is 100%. Statistical methods such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were applied to analyze the data. The findings of this study were as following: 1.The current situation of resistance behavior in students from College of Business and Management, TKU showed below average, but their learning motivation and learning effectiveness showed above average. 2.There were negative correlations between resistance behavior and learning motivation. 3.The resistance behavior can predict learning motivation. 4.There were significant correlations between learning motivation and learning effectiveness. 5.The learning motivation can predict learning effectiveness. 6.Social media indicates that resistance behavior has moderate effects on learning motivation. Finally, according to the result, there are some suggestions for the school part, teachers and the future research as a way to improve teaching effectiveness.
