華人文化對創新精神之影響

摘要


「創造力」是人類行為表現中非常重要的一環。從個人問題解決的能力、科技的更新發展到社會文化與組織的改革與創新,無不與人類的創造力息息相關。無論在企業組織或學習的環境,個人創造能力的高低往往是影響其是否可以順利解決問題、表現傑出的一項重要因素。 創意與創新的活動都以人為基本單位,在特定的時空環境中,完成特定工作或任務。因此,研究「創新」與「創造」,就必須從人的研究開始。本研究的目的在探討華人特殊的社會文化特性所影響的思考模式及特有的人格特質,對於個人創新行為的產生是否有所影響,並進一步探究性別的差異是否亦影響創新行為的表現。 本研究將華人之人格特質區分為「進取自制」、「實事求是」、「熱情友好」、「計較多疑」、「溫順隨和」、「善良仁慈」及「精明幹練」七項,探討人格特質及性別差異對創新行為的影響。研究結果發現: 「計較多疑」型與「善良仁慈」型的人格特質對「創新行為」的影響呈現負相關,但影響並不明顯;「進取自制」型、「實事求是」型、「熱情友好」型與「溫順隨和」型人格特質則皆與「創新行為」呈現顯著正相關;而「精明幹練」型的人格特質對「創新行為」的影響呈現正相關,但影響亦不明顯。其中,以「進取自制」型的人格特質最具有創新行為,其次依序為「熱情友好」型、「實事求是」型與「溫順隨和」型的人格特質。華人性別的差異則對創新行為無明顯的影響。

"Creativity" is one of important part of human behavior. From the individual ability of problem-solving, the development of technology updating to the social-cultural and Organizational reform and innovation have so much close relationship with creativity by human being. Whether in a corporate or learning environment, the ability of creativity is always an important factor which influences if problem solved smoothly, job done well or not. Creativity and innovation activities are developed by people who accomplish a specific job or task at specific time and space. Therefore, when studying "innovation" and "creativity", it is necessary to start this study from human being. The purpose of this study was to explore how the special social-cultural characteristics impact Chinese people, their thinking patterns and personality, innovative behavior creating, and how gender differences affect the performance of innovative behavior. This study divided Chinese personality into 7 types- "aggressive and self-control", "seeking truth from facts", "enthusiasm and friendly", "suspicious mind", "gentle and easy-going", " kindness" and "smart and sharp" .It explores how personality and gender differences impact innovative behavior. The results were as follows: "Suspicious mind" and "kindness" type of personality has a negative correlation with the impact of "innovative behavior", but the impact is not obvious; "aggressive and self-control " type, "seeking truth from facts" type, "enthusiasm and friendly" and "gentle and easy-going" type of personality has a significant positive correlation with the impact of "innovative behavior"; And "smart and sharp" type of personality has a positive correlation with the impact of "innovative behavior", but not significantly affected. Among them, the "aggressive and self-control" type of personality is the most innovative ones, the next ones followed are "enthusiasm and friendly" type, "seeking truth from facts" and "gentle and easy-going" type of personality. A Gender differences has not obvious impact to innovative behavior.
