看見閃閃發亮的鑽石-鐘點教師的教學互動與省思

摘要


這是一篇關於身兼多重角色之鐘點教師的自我敘說論文,試圖以進入研究所後在教學與生活中累積的各式素材,加以重新檢視作為自我反思,盼望能在其中了解到身兼多職的情況下,是如何支撐並維持著教學熱忱,同時也試圖幫助讀者一起找到,如何在忙壞並且累壞的情境下,找到撐著不死的方式。 文中從多重角色需兼顧研究所課程、諮商實習、師資培育中心修課、國中兼任代課鐘點教師及照顧小孩的日常起居談起,透過教學互動的觀察、心理類牌卡媒材、生活中累積的多元素材…等,進行自我敘說與重新理解的過程,看見那個一直在高壓與忙碌狀況下彷彿陀螺般旋轉的自己,是用什麼樣的姿態在奮力生活著。 研究結果與分析:一、教師入班的準備和期許,包含了班級規範、節次因應、隨機應變;二、教師可以從教室布置、興趣專長、創意展現、師生互動、學習單回饋來理解班級和學生;三、心理類牌卡媒材在教學與教師的自我應用,其目標設定應著重於能引發出什麼樣的省思;四、生活中隨處皆是可以覺察省思的媒材。 最後,藉由看見自己,看見圖像式的投射已成為自我省思與覺察的機制,並釐清教職角色對自己的重要性,以及了解自己是因著教學互動而成為閃閃發亮的鑽石,進而明白自己是如何透過教職角色來平衡個人的內在平衡與情緒調節。

This is a self-narrative paper on teachers who has multiple roles, trying to re-examine the various materials accumulated in teaching and life after entering the Institute, and re-examining them as self-reflection, hoping to learn how to support and maintain teaching enthusiasm in the context of multiple roles, and also try to help readers find out together, How to find a way to stay active in a busy and exhausting situation. In this paper from the multi-role which includes the graduate school’s degree , consulting internship, teacher training center courses, the middle school’s hour teacher and care for own child’s daily living. The observation of teaching interaction, psychological card media, life accumulated multi-material ... And so on, to self-narrative and re-understanding the process, to see what had been done and decisions had been made under the infinite loop of the high pressure and busy situation. The results and analysis: First, the preparation and expectation of teachers in class, including class norms, section response, random response; Its goal setting should focus on what kind of thought can be triggered. Finally, by seeing yourself, seeing the image-style projection has become a mechanism of self-reflection and awareness, and to clarify the importance of the teaching role to themselves, and to understand that they are because of the interaction of teaching and become a shining diamond, and then understand how they balance in between internal peace and emotional adjustment of the individual through the teaching role.
