本研究旨在探討多元文化人格、網路交友動機與人際關係滿意度之關係。以大學生基本資料表、網路交友動機量表、多元文化人格量表與人際關係滿意度量表為研究工具,以臺灣北區的私立大學之361名大學生為研究對象,進行問卷調查研究,並以描述統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、有從事網路交友行為的大學生比例為「大多數」。 二、大學生網路交友行為在「性別」以「男性」為大多數;在「年級」以「四年級」為最多數;在「感情狀況」以「單身」為大多數;在「多元文化經驗」以「半年至一年」狀態為最多數。 三、「網路交友動機」在「性別」、「年級」、「感情狀況」、「國外留學與生活經驗」、「有無網路交友經驗」、「有無曾經跟網友會面」達到顯著差異。 四、大學生「多元文化人格」在「感情狀況」、「國外留學與生活經驗」達到顯著差異。 五、大學生「人際關係滿意度」在「感情狀況」達到顯著差異。 六、網路交友動機與多元文化人格及人際關係滿意度有顯著負相關。 七、多元文化人格與人際關係滿意度有顯著正相關。 八、大學生多元文化人格變項之「情緒穩定性」、「彈性」對於人際關係滿意度具有顯著預測力。 最後,根據研究結果與討論,對心理輔導者、學生及未來研究提出建議與方向。
The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship between the differences in Multicultural Personality, Online Relationship Motivations and Interpersonal Relationships Satisfaction among university students. Using convenience sampling, questionnaire surveys including “Online Relationship Motivations Questionnaire", “Multicultural Personality Questionnaire", “Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction Questionnaire"and “basic personal background information” were conducted among 361 students selected from universities in northern Taiwan. The research analyzed all the information by descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample T Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and multiple regression. The study reached the following results: 1.Online Relationship behavior among university students was " majority". 2.College students engaged in Online Relationship behavior, in "gender", "male" was higher than "female"; in "grade", "fourth grade" was the highest.; in "Relationship Status", "Single" was the highest.; in" multicultural personality experience "," Half a year to one year " was the highest. 3.Online Relationship Motivations of college students achieved significant differences due to the differences of "gender", "grade", "multicultural experience" "online dating experience" and "meet internet friend in real life" 4.Multicultural Personality of college students achieved significant differences due to the differences in "Relationship Status" and "multicultural personality experience". 5.Interpersonal Relationships Satisfaction of college students achieved significant differences due to the differences in "Relationship Status". 6.Online Relationship Motivations was negatively correlated with Multicultural Personality and Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction. 7.Multicultural Personality was positively correlated with Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction. 8.Two of the Multicultural Personality including “emotional stability” and “flexibility” between college students have higher predictive power on Interpersonal Relationships Satisfaction. Finally, according to the results of this study, suggestions for psychological practitioners, university students and future researches also become a reference for professional counselors and research in the future.
