This study hopes to explore the career transition process of the identity of counseling psychology-to-be. In this study, three career transition people were invited to interview, each of whom had been conducted one in-depth interviews, using the content analysis. The research method analyzes the data and presents the research results. The main findings of this study are as follows: (1)Personal identification with the profession comes from the construction of one’s own experience, including before and after transfer (2)The way of construction comes from the individual’s narrative, that is, how the individual recognizes its meaning (3)The way identity is formed is not necessarily linearly related in time series, and different aspects of identity are constructed from different experiences. Finally, according to the research findings, this study further proposes research limitations, research recommendations, and researcher's reflections
