國小行政人員使用即時通訊軟體LINE進行行政溝通之研究-以新北市A小學為例

A Study of LINE Use For Administrative Communication Among Elementary School Administrative Staffs - A Case Study of an Elementary School in New Taipei City

摘要


由於網際網路的出現,再加上智慧型手機的普及,帶動即時通訊軟體的飛速發展,促使溝通有了新的方式,其中運用LINE 作為溝通媒介,已形成一種新趨勢。本研究以新北市A小學的行政人員為研究對象,探討國小行政人員使用LINE 進行行政溝通之動機、現況、對行政人員之影響,及對學校組織運作之影響為本研究目的,而過程中採用質性研究,以半結構深度訪談收集相關資料,再以質性資料進行分析、整理與歸納,統整結論如下: 一、克服找不到人的冏境和無法聯絡的困境 二、LINE多元服務特性是行政人員選用的主因 三、行政人員根據事情的重要性、急迫性,活用LINE各種功能溝通 四、上、下班時間;公、私領域宜劃分清楚 五、LINE提升行政人員的資訊處理能力、強化心理素質 六、LINE能降低溝通成本和時間,有助於學校組織運作 最後,本研究根據資料的結果,提出實務上的建議,供後續研究參考。

Due to the commonly use of the Internet and smart phones, instant messaging apps are rapidly developed to meet the need of the new communication type. Among these messaging apps, Line has become the most popular communication media in Taiwan. This study is the case of an administration staff member who works in an elementary school in New Taipei City in Taiwan. It aims to investigate why and how the administration staff use Line in their work and how this situation affects the staff themselves and the operation system of the whole school. This is a qualitative research. The materials are collected with semi-structured interviews and analyzed with qualitative research methods. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Line provides an efficient way to leave messages when the person can’t be found or accessed immediately. 2. The main reason why most administration workers choose to use Line is because of its multiple services. 3. Different communication functions that Line provides are applied based on the importance and temporal immediacy of the messages. 4. There is the hope that the use of Line does not affect the staff’s private lives. 5. The application of Line upgrades the staff’s data processing ability and psychological quality. 6. Line helps reduces communication costs and time, which benefits to the school operation. The results of this study are obtained through data analysis, which may provide practical suggestions and references for further studies.
