企業運動文化之研究-以中華電信為例

摘要


論文提要內容: 本研究主要在中華電信員工對企業運動文化之認知情形,並探討不同人口變項在員工運動價值觀念之差異情形。本研究採用配額抽樣之方式抽取樣本,問卷發放方式採透過熟識之中華電信員工協助發放。本研究共發放400份問卷,總計回收372份,剔除因填答不完整之無效問卷共有2份,實際有效問卷為370份。主要研究結果如下: (1) 中華電信擁有一定數量的運動硬體設施,基本上能滿足員工的運動需求;但有部分場館、設施需要收費而且不對員工開放,造成運動設施資源的閒置與浪費。 (2) 中華電信公司有完善的員工體檢制度,重視員工的身體健康狀況;但中華電信公司的運動指導員的比重偏低,使得員工的運動活動得不到科學、有效的指導,無法達到原定預期之效益。 (3) 中華電信的運動活動經費主要依靠的是福委會經費和公司行政撥款。 (4) 中華電信公司員工進行運動鍛煉的目的具有多樣性,其中主要以強健身體為最大目的,其次是以減壓放鬆為目的,同時出於個人愛好的比重也比較大。 (5) 目前的企業運動活動的健身效果及促進員工工作效率,尚未達到相應的滿意度,企業運動活動的實際效果還有待提高。 關鍵字:企業運動文化、中華電信公司、配額抽樣

Abstract: This study mainly focuses on the cognitive situation of corporate sports culture of Chunghwa telecom employees and discusses the differences of different demographic variables in staff sports values. This study used quota sampling method to extract samples, and the questionnaire was distributed through the familiar Chunghwa telecom staffs. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, with a total of 372 retrieved. There were 2 invalid questionnaires, and 370 valid questionnaires. The main findings are as follows: (1) Chunghwa Telecom has a certain number of sports hardware facilities, basically to meet the requirements of the staff sports. But there are some venues, facilities need to charge and not open to employees, resulting in idle and waste. (2) Chunghwa Telecom has a perfect examination system, attention to physical health of employees. But, the low proportion of Chunghwa Telecom's sports instructor that cause the staffs sports activities are not scientific, effective guidance, and cannot achieve the expected benefits. (3) Sport events funds of Chunghwa Telecom are mainly relied on the Staffs Welfare Committee and corporate administrative expenses. (4) The purpose with diversity of Chunghwa Telecom staff sports. This mainly is the fitness, followed by decompression & relaxation, the personal hobbies is also relatively large proportion. (5) The fitness effect of corporate sports activities and promote employee productivity, have not yet reached the corresponding satisfaction. The practical effect of corporate sports events must be improved.
