本研究旨在建構十二年國民基本教育課程國中英語教科書評鑑規準,首先透過文獻探討,歸納出建構教科書評鑑規準之原理原則,接著探討國內外英語教科書評鑑規準,在比較國民中小學九年一貫課程與十二年國民基本教育課程內涵之差異後,初步建構出十二年國民基本教育國中英語教科書評鑑規準,遂成為本研究之研究工具。 本研究所採用之研究方法為德懷術,於德懷術實施前,進行預試檢驗。根據檢驗結果初步修改本研究之研究工具後,成立由15位專家學者所組成之德懷術團隊,實施三次德懷術問卷調查,逐次呈現調查結果及彙整修正意見,據以修正問卷內容,最終確立規準。綜合文獻探討及德懷術問卷調查結果,本研究之結論如下: 一、教科書評鑑一般規準宜包含「內容屬性」、「教學屬性」、「結構屬 性」、「外在屬性」等四大評鑑層面。 二、除了教科書評鑑之一般規準外,英語教科書評鑑規準亦包含「語言項 目」、「文化」、「學生習作」、「教師手冊」等四大評鑑層面。 三、因應十二年國民基本教育之實施,教科書評鑑規準更應強調核心素 養。 四、十二年國民基本教育課程國中英語教科書評鑑規準包含八大評鑑層面 及五十一項規準。
This study aims to develop criteria for the evaluation of junior high school English textbook of 12-year basic education curriculum. First of all, this study explores the principles of developing criteria for the evaluation of textbook. In addition, this study also investigates the research studies about criteria for the evaluation of English textbook from home and abroad. After the differences were compared between grade 1-9 curriculum and 12-year basic education curriculum, the criteria were initially developed for the evaluation of junior high school English textbook of 12-year basic education curriculum, and this is also the research instrument of this study. The method employed in this study is Delphi technique. A pilot study was carried out before the present study was implemented. After the research instrument was revised by the results of the pilot study, a panel of 15 experts and scholars is organized. The research instrument is repeated for three rounds to show the results for revision each time. From literature review and the three rounds of Delphi technique, the criteria were established. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The general criteria for textbook evaluation can include four aspects, namely content attributes, teaching and learning attributes, structural attributes, and external attributes. 2. In addition to the general criteria for textbook, the criteria for English textbook also include four aspects, namely language skills, culture, student’s workbook, and teacher’s manual. 3. In response to the implementation of the 12-year basic education, the criteria for textbook evaluation should emphasize core competencies. 4. The criteria for the evaluation of junior high school English textbook of 12-Year basic education curriculum include eight evaluation attributes and 51 criteria for the evaluation.
