太陽光電站監控管理系統雛型研究

Research on the Prototype of Monitoring and Management System of Solar Power Plant

摘要


為兼顧能源安全、綠色經濟及環境永續,政府將綠能產業列為「5+2」產業,行政院並通過方案,致力達成114年再生能源發電占比20%目標。其中又以太陽光電裝置容量占66.3%最高,目標至114年為20GW。累積110年底台灣太陽光電裝置容量設置已超過7GW,台電躉售數量超過3萬多件,發電站數量遽增,因此電站管理成為經營發電站面臨一重要問題。 本研究採用系統發展法建置一套管理發電站所需即時監控管理雛型系統,並蒐集業主與投資業者使用回饋來了解對發電站監控管理之架構,期望未來提供投入此產業發展之業者透過本研究成為日後開發自有發電站監控系統之參考。經本研究分析結果顯示得知,由8間公司所持有的14座發電站中的13位使用管理者,進行本研究提出的雛型系統測試。在描述性的滿意度調查分數統計平均為4.154,願意持續使用本雛型系統的使用者共11位占比84.6%,可知道本研究所產生的太陽光電站監控管理雛型系統的架構結果是符合使用者需求。業者可依此模式發展屬於自己的光電站監控系統,保留自己的發電站數據,無須分享於第三者讓自己暴露在風險之中或成為他人免費提取數據的研究對象。

In order to take into account energy security, green economy and environmental sustainability, the Government is committed to achieving the 20% renewable energy generation target by 114 years. Among them, the capacity of solar photovoltaic devices accounts for the highest 66.3%, and the target is to complete 20GW by 114 years, so power station management has become an important issue in power station management. This study uses the system development method to build a set of solar power station monitoring and management prototype system, and collects feedback from the industry to understand the monitoring and management structure, and it is hoped that the industry that invests in the development of this industry can become a reference for the development of its own monitoring system in the future according to this research. According to the results of this study, it is known that 13 of the 14 power plants held by 8 companies are used by managers. held by eight companies. In the satisfaction survey, the average score was 4.154, and 84.6% of the 11 users who were willing to continue, it can be seen that the prototype system architecture generated by this study meets the needs of users. Operators can develop their own monitoring systems in this way, retain their own power station data, and do not need to share the data with third parties to expose themselves to risk or become the research object of others to extract data for free.
