企業綠色價值鏈管理與環境績效關聯性之研究

摘要

關於綠色管理的研究，以往學者大多以廣泛性地討論綠色管理、綠色創新、綠色設計及綠色行銷，較少學者將綠色價值鏈做一整合性的研究。有鑑於此，本研究試圖回答下例兩個研究問題：1.探討企業組織實施綠色價值鏈管理之程度；2.探討企業組織綠色價值鏈管理與環境績效之關係。本研究將綠色價值鏈管理分為尋料、研發設計、生產與包裝、行銷、推廣與教育及回收，環境績效分為環境管理績效及環境作業績效。本研究以1000大製造業為抽樣構架進行實證研究，從118份有效樣本中發現：
1.綠色價值鏈管理中六個構面彼此呈顯著正相關。
2.綠色價值鏈管理整體與環境績效呈顯著正相關。
3.綠色價值鏈管理六個構面的推廣與教育和環境績效呈顯著正相關，其中環境作業績效，綠色生產與包裝也呈顯著正相關。

Scholars always discussed extensively with green management, green innovation, green design and green marketing in the past, but a few scholars integrated to green value chain. This study tries to answer two research topics: 1.Extention of organizational management of green value chain. 2. The relationship between green value chain management and organizational environmental performance.

This research divides green value chain management into six divisions including, material-seeking, research & development design, production and package, marketing, promotion education and recycling. Environmental performances are divided into management performance and operation performance. Totally 118 effective samples were collected from top 1000 manufactured in Taiwan.

The major finding in the research as follows:
1.Six divisions of green value chain management are significantly positive relationship.
2.The whole management of green value chain is significantly positive relationship to environment performance.
3.Individual division couldn’t significant relation to environment performance, except promotion education is positive relationship to environment performance, and production and package is positive relationship to operation performance.
