探討長照服務人員資源恢復前因之研究

摘要


隨著人口老化速度加快、醫療科技及技術進步的時代,需要長期照顧的人口也漸漸增加,政府為了提供舒適的生活品質,也發展多元的照顧服務。而要提供好的服務品質需要長照服務人員的協助。長輩是永久性需要照顧需求的,長照服務人員每天面對長輩的負面情緒、工作量又較繁重,上班時間需要耗費很多的資源,長時間的工作也無法好好休息,為達到公司的要求在工作時長照服務人員會需要消耗掉很多的體力及心力,如果沒有好好的休息或者適時地釋放壓力,有可能會將疲勞持續地累積,最後付出的代價就是疾病的風險。因此在休假日進行日常恢復對於維持健康是很重要的,所以在休假時進行的休閒活動參與或恢復經驗是否可以讓自身的資源恢復是本研究想要探討的。 本研究為探討長照服務人員資源恢復的前因,針對長照服務單位的護理人員及照顧服務員進行問卷調查了解長照服務人員在資源恢復前是否會受工作要求、休閒活動參與、恢復經驗所影響,有效樣本為145份,經線性迴歸發現工作要求對身體資源恢復有負向影響;解離經驗對情緒資源、身體資源、認知資源恢復有正向影響;放鬆經驗對情緒資源、身體資源、認知資源恢復亦有正向影響。針對上述結果本研究提出管理意涵及建議。

With the accelerated aging of the population and the advancement of medical technology and technology, the number of people requiring long-term care has gradually increased. In order to provide a comfortable quality of life, the government has also developed a variety of care services. To provide good service quality requires the assistance of long-term care service personnel. The elders need to take care of their needs permanently. The long-term care service personnel face the negative emotions of the elders every day, and the workload is overloaded. They need to spend a lot of resources during working hours, and they cannot rest well after working for a long time. In order to meet the company’s requirements, Long-term care service staff will need to consume a lot of physical and mental energy during working hours. If they do not have a good rest or release stress in a timely manner, they may continue to accumulate fatigue, and the final price is the risk of disease. Therefore, daily recovery on vacation days is important for maintaining health, so whether leisure activity participation or recovery experience during vacation can restore one's own resources is what this study wanted to explore. In order to explore the antecedents of resource recovery of long-term care service personnel, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on nursing staff and care attendants of long-term care service units to understand whether long-term care service personnel would be affected by work requirements, participation in leisure activities, and recovery experience before resource recovery. Influence, there are 145 valid samples, and it is found by linear regression that work requirements have a negative impact on the recovery of physical resources; dissociation experience has a positive impact on the recovery of emotional resources, physical resources, and cognitive resources; relaxation experience has a negative impact on emotional resources, physical resources, and cognitive resources. Resource recovery also has a positive impact. Based on the above results, this study proposes management implications and suggestions.
