論台灣B型企業與企業社會責任

摘要


2007年起,美國B實驗室掀起一股重新定義[好]公司的運動,顛覆以往企業以營利為目的之思維。面臨共享經濟的時代企業必須提出新的戰略,迎接新的挑戰,創造出對世人最好的企業。 本研究透過企業社會責任文獻來研究B型企業是否符合企業社會責任的期待。進而了解B型企業如何利用新的商業模式來改變經濟面、社會面及環境面之創新,達到善盡企業社會責任之義務。

Since 2007, B Lab has set off a redefine campaign of a good company. Subverting the traditional thoughts, which is corporation as always, keep profit for the first target. While facing the sharing economy era, companies must propose the new strategy to embrace the new challenges, and create the best companies for people. This study wants to use the CSR research to study whether the B corporation can correspond to the expectation of the CSR. To further understand how the B corporation to use the new business model to change the economic, social and environmental aspects to achieve the relationship of CSR’s obligation.
