新北市高中職綜合職能科教師實施適應體育教學需求與現況之研究

A Study of Adaptation to Professional Needs of Physical Education and Implementing Status for Vocational High School Professional Teacher at Junior High Schools in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討新北市高中職綜合職能科教師實施適應體育教學需求與現況之情形,並分析不同背景變項教師在實施適應體育教學需求與現況的差異以及相關情形。研究對象為新北市13所公私立高中職綜合職能科教師,共發問卷86份,有效問卷為84份。研究結果如下: 一、 教師個人基本資料:擔任適應體育教學以女性居多,有九成的綜合職能科教師具備大學以上的學歷,有四成的教師為特殊教育科系畢業。擔任職務以導師居多。教師教學年資以5年以上未滿10年者為多數。有五成以上的教師有適應體育相關進修經驗。七成教師有適應體育教學經驗。 二、 適應體育教學需求以「學校能提供適應體育的教學場地」的需求最高。 三、 適應體育教學現況以「學校提供特教生參與戶外體育活動的機會以增進身心發展」的符合程度最高。 四、 不同教學年資教師在「教師專業能力」、「人力支援」、「行政資源與支持」的需求有顯著差異;不同教學年資教師在「人力支援」的現況有差異存在。 五、 不同職務在「行政資源與支持」的現況有差異存在。 六、 教師專業能力教學需求、行政資源與支持教學需求與行政資源與支持教學現況達顯著正相關。 七、 政策法令教學需求與人力支援教學現況、行政資源與支持教學現況達顯著正相關。 本研究之結果與建議可供日後推展適應體育相關活動之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the potential needs and the teaching statusof adapted physical education at senior high school in Xinbei City and to examine the differences in terms of the potential needs and the teaching status of adapted physical education. The study delivered 86 questionnaires to 13 public and private high schools in Xinbei City and 84 questionnaires were valid. The results of this study could be used to promote future sports-related activities. The details of the results were listed below. 1. Demographic data: Most of the teachers who carr ied out adapted physical education were females and home-room teachers. 90% of them graduated from university or higher degree programs. 40% of them graduated from the special education department.The teaching experiences of these teachers ranged from 5 years to 10 years. More than 50% of the teachers had relative training experiences and more than 70% of them had teaching experiences in adapted physical education. 2. The highest need of adapted physical education was that the school could offer suitable teaching environment. 3. The most satisfied teaching status of adapted physical education was that the school could offer students with special needs outdoor sports activities useful for the mental and physical development. 4. Differences were identified in the needs of the teachers with different teaching experiences. These differences included professional teaching knowledge, human resources, and administrative resource and support.There were differences in the satisfaction of the teaching status of human resources between the teachers with different teaching experiences. 5. Differences were identified in the satisfaction of the teaching status of administrative resources and support between the teachers in different job positions. 6. The needs of professional teaching knowledge, administrative resources, and teaching supports significantly correlated with the satisfaction of the teaching status of administrative resources and teaching supports. 7. The need of the teaching policies significantly correlated with the satisfaction of the teaching status of the administrative resources and teaching supports.
