在先進都市中需要許多的展覽場活動來促成商業活動,像是台北世貿中心舉辦的台北國際書展等活動,可讓民眾在假日閒暇時作為走訪之處。主辦單位為了使民眾在參訪展覽場之過程能夠便利,此時主辦單位可透過應用程式提供導覽服務並能夠協助訪客及時掌握展覽場內部的資訊。訪客在參觀展覽場時常會遇到過多的遊覽人潮造成的交通意外狀況,此時也帶給主辦單位艱困的挑戰。然而其中最根本原因為如何避免人潮擁塞情形,通常討論避免人潮擁塞策略分成兩項:「動線規劃設計」及「動態管控機制」等方式進行。因人潮擁擠情形亟待解決,此時主辦單位在可透過事先的動線規劃設計來避免人潮擁擠狀況,但是即使動線設計再好還是有可能會產生人潮擁擠的狀況,此時須配合著一套動態管控機制來做為輔助,因此本文提出動態人潮管控策略來協助主辦單位疏通展覽場內部大批人潮的流量,讓訪客能夠避開擁擠的區域,引導訪客先到人潮較不擁擠區域參觀,展覽場的動線能夠更加流暢並提供良好的服務品質。
Increased business activities require more exhibition place in a rapidly growing city. Some examples such as the Taipei International Book Exhibition and Taipei International Trade Center are used regularly. In those show places, some may provide the guide service through app to facilitate consumer, and the app can help people to get the exhibition information immediately. Keeping an exhibition is a great challenge to the organization in charge. Those challenges include traffic flow planning design and dynamic management mechanism to avoid congestion in certain area of the exhibition. A heavily congested area could result in disaster to attendants and consumers. This thesis proposes a method to alleviate traffic flow, and to help people avoid congestion. Consumers can reach their intended area more easily. This method can facilitate smooth traffic flow throughout the exhibition and provide good service quality.
