探討台灣銀行業之金融科技發展策略—以個案銀行為例

摘要


網路與行動裝置已成為日常生活中不可或缺的一環,也為各個商業領域帶來高度衝擊與影響,同樣也顛覆了金融服務(Finance Service)產業之營運模式。近年來金融科技(FinTech)議題在全球倡議下,已成為金融業顯學。金融數位化革命改變了既有金融服務的供給行為與消費習慣,此即為FinTech浪潮。透過金融科技的「破壞式創新」,使得消費者行為模式產生改變。它所代表的不僅是科技層面的創新,更重要的意涵在於金融商業模式的全面翻新,業者必須掌握導入金融科技之關鍵成功因素,方能在競爭激烈的金融環境中取得競爭優勢。 本研究以個案銀行為例,分析其數位金融經營策略與內外部競爭環境,並以商業模式畫布(Business Model Canvas)為架構,藉由瞭解個案銀行在數位環境下數位金融業務的實際做法,找出關鍵成功因素,並進一步提出未來可行之轉型建議。

Internet and mobile devices have become indispensable in contemporary social life and have profound effects on the commercial sector. This trend has transformed the operating model of the financial services industry, and moreover, financial technology has become a hot topic in the financial sector. This digital revolution in the financial sector, or the FinTech wave, has changed the existing supply and consumption behaviors of financial services; disruptive innovations in financial technology make consumers change their behavioral model. Such changes represent innovations in technology and renovations in financial business models. Companies must identify the critical success factors of introducing financial technology to compete in the competitive financial market. This thesis takes a case bank as an example to analyze its digital financial management strategy and internal and external competition environment, and uses the Business Model Canvas as the framework to understand the practical practices of the digital banking business of the case bank in the digital environment. Key success factors and further proposals for future transitions.
