物聯網 (IoT) 技術應用於資訊服務業庫存管理系統之研究

摘要


資訊服務業面臨全球景氣變化,客戶採購講究成本且需求多樣,企業經營正面臨嚴峻的挑戰,例如:硬體設備毛利漸低、客戶需求快速交貨以及客製需求變化大等,企業皆在思考如何有效提升與改善內部經營管理模式。 本研究所採用的研究方法為質性研究中之個案研究,針對資訊服務業的特性,將物聯網 (Internet of Things, IoT) 架構模式套用於庫存管理系統,運用UML來分析採用物聯網架構後的優點。 研究後發現,庫存管理系統若採用物聯網架構,可以更即時正確的掌握實際庫存量,提高公司內各作業之間資訊運作的透明度,對庫存管理作業有所幫助。

Since the Information Service Industry is facing global economic change, customers are considering cost reduction and variety on request. All businesses are facing demanding challenges, such as lower profits on hardware equipment, quicker delivery for customer orders, and growing demands for customization. Therefore, how to improve internal business operations efficiently and effectively has become a major issue. This study implements qualitative case study methodology. In terms of information service’s features, the Internet of Things (IoT) Technology is applied to the Inventory Management System, utilizing UML to analyze the advantages after implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) Technology. Based on the study, businesses are capable of managing inventory properly and instantly after implementing the Internet of Things (IoT) Technology. This technology not only improves the transparency of enterprise information delivery, but also results in better inventory management.
