身體的痛，心底的苦─一位中度外傷自撞車禍倖存者看創傷的復原歷程

本研究旨在探討研究者在經歷中度外傷自撞車禍後，身體、心理的所經歷的階段、復原歷程以及研究者的轉變是什麼，並根據研究結果提供相關建議。為達到上述目標，研究者先將受傷期間(109/04/07~10/10)於社群媒體，包括FaceBook、Instagram，以及日記、隨筆、他人口述或回憶的方式所記載跟受傷相關的文章經過閱讀及整理後產出第一層文本。其後將經過整理的文本以自我敘說的方式，按月描述車禍受傷到逐漸康復這段時間的經驗產出第二層文本。其後以夾敘夾議的方式與文本進行詮釋與對話，產出第三層文本。最後以我的多重自我對話產出第四層文本。根據第四層文本所產出的研究結果為：一、身體、心理所經歷的是一致的。都是從原本的樣子，車禍後的破碎到最後整合；二、身體、心理的復原歷程是非線性的。身體的復原歷程是，骨折─手術─恢復期─復健期─學步期─整合期，而心理的復原歷程是震驚─麻痺─退化─陣痛─哀悼─分娩─餵養─重生。身體的復原會影響心理的復原，但不確定心理的復原會不會影響生理的復原；三、核心我、批判我、療癒我、韌性我和現實我皆得到一些轉化或成長。最後研究者根據研究結果與結論，提出建議。

This study aims to find out the recovert stage of physics and mind, recovery process of them, and the change of the researcher after the moderate self-driving car accident, and provide the research results with relevant suggestions as references for self-driving car accident, recovery process and posttraumatic growth. To reach the goal, I will interpretate my experience during the time I got hurt, which is from 109.04 to 109.10, base on the contents written in Chapter 4. The study method is self-narrarive. The findings of the study is listed by following: 1. Physics and mind have gone through the same stage of recovery, which is from original one, broke into pieces after the car accident, to integrate. 2. The recovery process of physics will affect mental recovery process, but still not sure if the mental recovery process will affect the process of physics or not. 3. I do have posttraumatic growth after this study done. I found there are different sides of me, such as core I, critical I, healing I, tough I, and actual I. Those parts of me became stronger or weaker after the car accident.
