我國銀行保險之現況與展望

Bacassurance in Taiwan, Now and Perspective

摘要


我國金融環境競爭日盛,金融整合風潮盛行,保險業與銀行業的界線日漸模糊,銀行保險為此環境下的自然產物。 銀行保險肇始於1970年的歐洲,在我國為近五年日益茁壯的保險通路,在去年(2005)其新契約已佔整體壽險業新契約的38%。過去因銀行定存利率長期走低,銀行保險的商品成為轉移定存的最佳商品之一,銀行的高資產客戶,也透過壽險商品作稅務規劃。 銀行定存利率已在去年下半年緩步爬升,所得基本稅額條例並於今年實施,這對我國銀行保險的未來發展,值得吾人關心,本文遂以銀行保險的展望為研究主題。 本研究以實際訪談方式取得初步資料,再配合文獻資料與業界實務經驗,分析在經營策略、銀行保險專業人才、教育訓練、商品策略、售後服務等五方面,對未來發展可能的挑戰,進而提出建議與對策,希望能藉此拋磚引玉,對銀行保險業務能有所助益。

As fierce competitions arising in the financial market and more frequent M&A activities among the market player in Taiwan, the broader of insurance companies and banks has been increasingly blurred. Bancassurance seems to be the natural product out of this fast-changing environment. Bancassurance ,originiated from Europe in 1970, has been the fastest growing channel for insurance in Taiwan in the past 5 years. In Year 2005, newly acquired contracts have taken up 38% of the life insurance market as a whole. Low rate of term deposit drives customers to the next best investment product, banassurance. High networth clients also try to find tax solutions in various life insurance products. Since slowing rising rate of term deposit from last year and Income Basic Tax Act came into effect this year, the embedded impact shall be raise to consideration for all. Thus, the forecast of bancassurance will be the focus on the following research. Deriving from actual interviews, industry experience, and relevant documentations, the research attempts to analyze on topics such as operation strategy, professional personnel, education and training, and other services on bancassurance. Foreseeing possible challenges in the future, the research attempts to address relevant suggestion and strategies in hopes to attract other professional opinions to assist in the development of bancassurance.
