開機程式供應商關鍵成功因素之探討

開機程式是使用在放X86電腦系統中的一種靭體，只要是X86的電腦系統，絕大部份都需要開機程式，因此於現今電腦相關產品中，不論是筆記型電腦、桌上型電腦、2 in 1電腦、工業電腦反伺服器，都可以看到開機程式的存在。開機程式被個人電腦業界廣為運用在X86運算平台約3、40年的原因在於個人電腦需要依賴其主要之功能「自我測試」(POST，Power On Self Test)在個人電腦系統開始運作時對系統所需要的各種參數及資源做分配並對硬體主要元件上所傳遞之資訊做讀取以及解析。本研究主要聚焦於開機程式供應商在於其所在市場的上、中、下游等相關產業、個人電腦代工廠間該如何挑選開機程式供應商以及開機程式供應商應如何找出關鍵成功因素以增加新客戶等要素進行分析，並對其產業之未來發展提出建言。
