隨著社會的變遷,服務品質已然成為現今警察工作中很受重視的部分;伴隨著警察補充性原則之擴張,行政協助亦已成為警察勤務中普遍受要求執行的項目之一。綜上,基層警察的工作有增無減,工作內容案牘勞形,是以在工作滿足感與心理韌性上將產生一定的影響。 本研究旨在探討基層警察工作滿足感與心理韌性之相關性研究。首先描述兩者之內涵、理論、構成要素及衡量工具,接著選擇合適的背景變項及測量工具以作為本研究之參考,輔以問卷調查法,研究不同變項的基層警察在工作滿足感與心理韌性之差異,再分析兩者之間的相關性。研究結果如下: 一、基層警察的整體工作滿足感表現中等,外在滿足感表現最弱。 二、基層警察的的整體心理韌性表現良好,自我效能與問題解決表現最好。 三、不同背景變項之基層警察於工作滿足感與心理韌性均有顯著差異。 四、基層警察工作滿足感與心理韌性間具有顯著相關。 根據上述的研究結果爰提出研究建議,首先是勤業務的簡化與增加升遷的途徑;再者,落實各官等官階之實務訓練,無論是為官者或是基層,均有增加實務經驗之需;其三,於常年訓練中納入心理韌性之訓練課程;最後,傾聽基層,建立良好的溝通管道。
With the transformation of society, service quality has become a significant part of the street-level police force work nowadays. With the principle of the complementary from police, the administrative assistance for other government departments is now one of the most requested tasks for police duties. The workload for the Street-level police force has been increasing and the work content is labor-intensive, so there will be an apparent impact on job satisfaction and psychological resilience. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relation between job satisfaction and the psychological resilience of street-level police force. Firstly, the literature was reviewed to describe the connotation, components, theory, and measurement tools of both job satisfaction and psychological resilience. Subsequently, through the review of the literature, appropriate background variables and measurement tools were selected for this study. A questionnaire survey was conducted to explore the differences in job satisfaction and psychological resilience among the street-level police force with different variables and the correlation between job satisfaction and psychological resilience was then analyzed. The results of the study are as follows: 1.The overall job satisfaction performance of the street-level police force was moderate, and the lowest satisfaction performance was in the external satisfaction. 2.The overall psychological resilience performance of the street-level police force was good, and the performance was best in self-efficacy and problem-solving. 3.The street-level police force with different background variables had significant differences in job satisfaction and psychological resilience. 4.The street-level police force has a significant correlation between job satisfaction and psychological resilience. Based on the above findings, a list of recommendations has been proposed. The first is to simplify the service operation and increase the career promotion avenues. Secondly, practical training should be implemented for all ranks, irrespective if they are officials or street-level, there is a need to increase practical experience. Thirdly, to include psychological resiliency training courses in the year-round training program. Lastly, the police administration should listen to the street- level and establishing an effective communication channel.
