本篇技術報告主要講述在信邦電子股份有限公司實習期間,在產品設計上所學習到的知識,內容也包含信邦電子股份有限公司的簡介,以及這段實習期間的心路歷程和工作內容。 隨著石油資源的日益減少、大氣環境的污染,人們開始將注意力轉往電動車,而隨著電動車日益增加,對充電站與換電站的需求也隨之增加,本次技術報告所要講解的產品設計為電池交換站的一部份¬-前蓋,介紹前蓋的設計過程和數值分析,並分享遇到的問題和如何去改善。

This technical report mainly describes the knowledge learned in product design during the internship at SINBON Electronics Co., Ltd., and includes a brief introduction to SINBON Electronics Co., Ltd., the mental journey and work content during this internship. With the decrease of petroleum resources and the pollution of the atmospheric environment, people pay attention to electric vehicles, and with the increasing number of electric vehicles, the demand for charging stations and swapping stations also increases. The product design to be explained in this technical report is as follows: A part of the battery exchange station - the front cover, introduces the design process and numerical analysis of the front cover, and shares the problems encountered and how to improve them.
