摘要

本研究的主要目的在於探討當電信固網業者也可以透過光纖網路到家，提供MOD影音媒體服務，並藉由手機、平板電腦、數位電視、電腦與雲端等，帶來電信、通訊、媒體等數位匯流服務，讓原本有線電視產業經營媒體市場，產生衝擊。加上2013年NCC通過有線電視業者可以跨地區經營，使得原本有線電視產業佔有極大優勢的媒體市場，競爭日益激烈，不僅要面對來自電信固網業者的跨業經營競爭，還要面臨來自同業有線電視業者的跨區經營競爭。
從藉由資料分析探討下列問題：
一、以技術面、法規面、資本面分析有線電視產業及電信業跨業經營的優劣勢。
二、探討寬頻網路對有線電視產業經營衝擊分析。
三、整理出有線電視產業經營威脅及劣勢，提出相關經營對策。

The purpose of this research is to discuss how Telecommunication Industries impacts CATV Industries on running media market. Telecommunication Industries carrier is now able to offer multimedia service such as MOD via optical network, furthermore brings digital convergence services such as telecommunication, communication and media etc. through smartphones, tablets, digital TVs, computers, and cloud computing. These services have great impact on how CATV Industries operating media market. Additionally, with NCC passed the law on 2013 that CATV Industries now able to operate cross-district business, CATV Industries is facing fierce competition not only from Telecommunication Industries , but also from CATV Industries from other districts.
This research will analyze data to discuss the following:
1.Pros and Cons of CATV Industries and Telecommunication Industries running media market from the technology, regulations, and capital viewpoints.
2.Discuss the impact from broad-band Network services to the
operation of CATV Industries.
3.Summarize the thread and weakness of CATV Industries on the market, and propose running business strategy.
