本研究目的旨在探討:蘆洲區國中學生規律運動習慣之現況、不同背景變項之學生在規律運動習慣之差異、運動社會支持與規律運動之差異、不同規律運動習慣在領域學習表現之差異、以及運動社會支持與領域學習表現關係。本研究透過問卷調查的方式,調查蘆洲區國中學生共470學生為研究對象。並以「國中學生運動習慣及其對領域學習表現之調查問卷」為研究工具。調查資料經由描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定,逐步多元迴歸處理進行分析。其研究發現如下: (一)蘆洲區國中學生有規律運動習慣的比例不及全體的一半。 (二)不同性別、不同年級、運動社團、運動校隊、父母教育程度之蘆洲區國中學生規律運動習慣上有差異。 (三)運動社會支持在蘆洲區國中學生規律運動習慣上有差異。 (四)有規律運動習慣之領域學習表現,優於無規律運動習慣者。 (五)運動社會支持與領域學習表現呈現高度正相關。
The purpose of this study was fourfold. The first was to explore the current situation of regular exercise habits of middle school students in Luzhou District. The second was to explore the differences in regular exercise habits among students of different background variables. The third was to examine the differences between the students who received social support in sports and those who had regular exercise habits. The fourth was to investigate the differences in academic domain performance among students who had different regular exercise habits and to examine the relationship between social support in sports and academic domain performance. The instrument was questionnaires designed to ask middle school students’ regular exercise habits and academic domain performance. The questionnaires were filled out by 470 middle school students in Luzhou District. The results were listed below. 1. Less than half of the middle school students in Luzhou District had regular exercise habits. 2. There were differences in regular exercise habits among the middle school students of different genders, grades, sport clubs, sport teams at school, and parental education level in Luzhou District. 3. Difference in regular exercise habits was identified between the middle school students who social support in sports in Luzhou District. 4. The students with regular exercise habits had better academic domain performance than those without regular exercise habits. 5. Social support in sports was highly positively correlated with academic domain performance.
