商管碩士在職專班經營之策略分析

摘要


在職人士會因不同的職務背景變項來選擇自身需求的方向做為進修提升的方式;為了必須不斷的自我提升,在就讀條件充分之下,EMBA的進修即成為許多中、高階管理人員的熱門首選。再進修學習的目的,並非僅想取得文憑,最重要的是能獲得專業知識,在職場上能運用的重要知識,畢業後能具有市場需求的足夠競爭力。進修管理智能市場的旺盛需求是形成EMBA風潮的主要支撐,在企業、產業界形成一股無法拂逆的潮流,使得EMBA成為社會在職人士自我提升的最佳途徑。 本研究期望藉由對淡江大學EMBA學員發放問卷方式,來探討吸引在職人士選擇就讀淡江大學EMBA的各項因素,並得知學校的各項規劃是否能滿足他們在工作中理論與實務上的雙重需要,以做為學校未來在招募與課程規劃的參考依據,在競爭市場的環境中提高招生率,符合積極培育經營及管理高階人才、發展區域特色、具備國際視野,提升企業管理及運用資訊科技之能力的未來發展方向。 研究結果發現: 一、在招生方面,在資訊化招生系統方面,學員基本上是滿意淡江大學資訊化的成果;在招生宣導管道方面,EMBA學員認為還有可改進的地方,認為可多利用招生影片、網路宣傳廣告、報章雜誌報導及學校所辦的說明會,吸引在職人士報名;在職人士因應新趨勢加強技能知識、提升研究能力而報名EMBA,且就讀EMBA的學生背景多元,可開拓視野並拓展人脈,在終身學習的環境下,EMBA畢業校友有持續進修的需求。 二、在課程設計方面:淡江EMBA學員在台灣在EMBA教育發展上,2022年最迫切的議題方面是「與企業有更多合作與連動」與「課程創新與特色建立」;EMBA學員在明年EMBA投入最多時間推動的任務是「產學合作」與「建立教學特色」,結果相同,都認為建立EMBA的課程創新與特色,是吸引在職人士報名EMBA的誘因;EMBA的課程設計與教學內容,應著重讓學生把管理經驗帶入課堂,應以實務與活用為導向,提升互動性;在covid-19疫情下,EMBA課程也朝向線上與實體教學結合的混成學習方向發展,應多利用Ms Teams線上互動課程,利用網路的遠距教學方式,則能給予EMBA學員更富彈性的學習安排;淡江EMBA學員認為淡江大學目前最迫切的議題,應加強的是建立國際知名度,開拓海外市場。 根據以上結論,提出以下兩點建議: 一、開設「後EMBA」(Post EMBA)專班 二、開設「GEMBA(Global EMBA)」專班

The dual needs of the school can be used as a reference for the school's future recruitment and curriculum planning, to increase the enrollment rate in a competitive market environment, in line with actively cultivating high-level talents in operation and management, developing regional characteristics, and having an international perspective. In terms of admissions, in terms of the information-based admissions system, students are basically satisfied with the informatization achievements of Tamkang University; in terms of admissions promotion channels, EMBA students believe that there is still room for improvement, and they believe that they can use more admissions videos, Online advertisements, newspaper and magazine reports, and school-organized briefings attract working people to sign up; working people apply for EMBA in response to new trends to strengthen their skills and knowledge and improve their research capabilities, and EMBA students have diverse backgrounds, which can broaden their horizons and expand In a lifelong learning environment, EMBA alumni have the need for continuous education. 2. In terms of curriculum design: In terms of EMBA education development in Taiwan, the most pressing topics for Tamkang EMBA students in 2022 are "more cooperation and linkage with enterprises" and "curriculum innovation and characteristic establishment"; The tasks that EMBA spends the most time on are "industry-university cooperation" and "establishing teaching characteristics". The results are the same. They all believe that the establishment of EMBA curriculum innovation and characteristics is the incentive to attract working people to apply for EMBA; EMBA curriculum design and teaching content, Emphasis should be placed on letting students bring management experience into the classroom, and should be guided by practice and utilization to enhance interaction; under the covid-19 epidemic, EMBA courses are also developing towards a hybrid learning that combines online and physical teaching, and more use of Ms Teams should be used. Online interactive courses, using the distance teaching method of the Internet, can give EMBA students more flexible study arrangements; Tamkang EMBA students believe that the most urgent topic of Tamkang University is to build international reputation and develop overseas markets. Based on the above conclusions, the following two recommendations are made: 1. Set up a special class of "Post EMBA" (Post EMBA) 2. Set up a special class of "GEMBA (Global EMBA)"
