本研究旨在探討助人工作者之成人依附風格、工作滿意度及自我概念清晰度間的關係,研究假設工作者對於自我概念的清晰程度會在成人依附風格對工作滿意度上產生調節的效果。 本研究採用量化研究之問卷調查法,研究工具包括「成人依附量表臺灣修訂版」、「工作滿意度問卷」以及「自我概念清晰度量表」。並以台灣地區(包含台灣本島、以及離島地區)年滿十八歲並已在職工作的助人工作者為研究對象,透過社群網路軟體問卷發放後,有效樣本共計318人。以統計軟體SPSS Statistics 28進行資料的分析,分別以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、共變數分析以及逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果主要發現如下: 一、不同性別的助人工作者在依附風格、工作滿意度及自我概念清晰度上無顯著的差異。 二、年齡越高的助人工作者焦慮依附程度越低,在整體工作滿意度、工作成就、工作業務、工作待遇以及自我概念清晰度上也越高。 三、不同教育程度的助人工作者在依附風格與自我概念清晰度上有顯著差異。 四、不同身份的助人工作者在依附風格、工作業務分量表以及自我概念清晰度上有顯著差異。 五、兼任的助人工作者在整體工作滿意度、工作成就、工作環境、工作業務以及工作待遇上高於專任的助人工作者。 六、不同依附風格的助人工作者在整體工作滿意度,以及工作成就、工作環境、工作業務以及進修管道分量表的滿意程度有顯著差異。 七、不同依附風格的助人工作者在自我概念清晰度上有顯著差異。 八、自我概念清晰度對成人依附傾向在工作滿意度上部分具有調節效果。 整體而言,本研究假設獲得部分支持,進一步的根據研究結果提出討論,並提供未來實務及研究之建議。
This study explored the relationship between adult attachment style, job satisfaction and self-concept clarity of Professional helpers, hypothesized that workers' self-concept clarity would moderate the effect of adult attachment style on job satisfaction. This research adopted questionnaire survey online to collect data, and the research tools included "Revised Adult Attachment Scale, Chinese Version", "Job Satisfaction Questionnaire", and "Self-Concept Clarity Scale". The target samples of this research were professional helpers who were over 18 years old. A total of 318 valid questionnaires were collected. The main findings of this study were as followings: 1. There was no significant difference in attachment style, job satisfaction, and self-concept clarity among helpers of different genders. 2. The older the helpers, the lower the anxiety attachment, and the higher the job satisfaction, job achievement, job description, job payment, and self-concept clarity. 3. There were significant differences in attachment style and self-concept clarity among helpers with different education. 4. Helpers with different identities had significant differences in attachment style, job description and self-concept clarity. 5. Part-time helpers were higher than full-time helpers in job satisfaction, job achievement, job environment, job description, and job payment. 6. Helping workers with different attachment styles had significant differences in overall job satisfaction, as well as in the subscales of job achievement, job environment, job description and on-the-job training. 7. Helpers with different attachment styles had significant differences in self-concept clarity. 8. Self-concept clarity had a moderating effect on adult attachment styles in job satisfaction. In summary, the hypotheses of this study were not fully supported. Further discussions and suggestions for future practice in the field and research were provided.
