電腦輔助盲用電腦壓電式點字方模組動態模擬與最佳化設計

Computer Aided Dynamic Simulation and Optimal Design of Piezoelectric-Actuated Braille Display Cell in Braille Computer

摘要


本文係運用電腦輔助軟體,探討新型壓電式點字顯示方模組最佳化設計並模擬其動態行為。首先使用有限元素法進行壓電致動器參數分析,初步決定壓電致動器自由端至夾持位置之距離和最小電壓,以符合點字桿作動需向上位移0.7公厘和至少承受15克重的手指壓力。其次依據0.7公厘的位移與15克重的輸出力量為限制條件,並以致動器總長度和自由端至夾持端的距離為設計條件,再配合電壓最小化的原則來進行最佳化設計,然後將所得到最佳結果設計出完整壓電式點字顯示方模組。最後將模組導入動態分析軟體進行動態模擬,分析結果顯示致動器僅需費0.002秒,即可快速將作動點字桿向上位移0.7公厘,接著在點字桿施力25克重時,觀察到作動點字桿下沈至0.613 公厘即可頂住,因此本文之最佳化設計結果應屬合理,可提供相關設計研究參考。 為了更完整呈現點字顯示器的八點點字顯示行為,將所完成的單方結果擴展成六方,進一步模擬「淡江大學」的點字行為作動,藉以觀察視障者操作點字顯示器的實際狀況。 再者,本研究針對點字顯示器進行人因工程問題探討。點字顯示器外型與按鍵設計主要參考標準鍵盤,探討標準鍵盤人因工程問題且提出解決對策,以手部為最佳之人因工程原則作為點字顯示器設計規範,藉此改善操作姿勢,減少手部尺偏、背屈角度,進而避免長期操作產生手部的累積性傷害。

In this researcher, the optimum design and dynamic analysis of a new type of piezoelectric actuated Braille display cell are studied by computer aided engineering software. At first, the design parameters of piezoelectric actuator are analyzed by finite element method to determine the position of fixed end and minimum voltage to actuate 0.7 mm displacement and 15 gw output force. Then, the optimum design is performed according to the electric displacement 0.7mm, output force 15 gw, actuator length, position of fixed end and minimum voltage. Finally, Braille display cell is analyzed by dynamic simulation software. It shows that actuators take 0.002 sec to upward achieve 0.7 mm displacement. The result of optimum design is reasonable in this researcher which can be the reference for related research. In order to show the Braille behavior more completely. The result of one cell is expanded to six cells to simulate the Braille behavior of “淡江大學” further. The actual situation can be observed for visually impaired people when they operate Braille display. Besides, this researcher focus on the design and solution of Ergonomic of Braille display. The design of figure and bottoms are mainly referred to standard keyboard. The problem of Ergonomic of standard keyboard is discussed, and the solution is announced. The Ergonomic of hands is based on design rules of Braille display. The new style Braille display is helpful to decrease the angle of ulnar deviation and dorsiflexion, and abstain operators CTD(cumulative trauma disorders).
