新北市幼兒園教師與教保員職場友誼與組織公民行為關係之研究

A study on the relation of workplace friendship to the organizational citizenship behavior of educators in the preschools of New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保服務人員職場友誼與組織公民行為關係。研究對象為新北市公立幼兒園教師與教保員。以問卷調查法蒐集資料,問卷總計發放363份,有效回收327份,有效回收率90.5%。問卷資料使用Spss for Windows 22 版,以描述統計、單因子多變量變異數分析及Bonferroni事後檢定、積差相關等統計方法進行分析,得到的結論綜合如下: 一、教師與教保員知覺的職場友誼整體與兩構面均為中上程度,且兩構面 以「友誼機會性」的知覺高於「友誼普遍性」。 二、教師與教保員組織公民行為僅有「人際公益行為」單一構面,整體表 現為中上程度。 三、教師與教保員愈年輕,所知覺的職場友誼會愈高。 四、教師與教保員好友數愈多,所知覺的職場友誼會愈高。 五、教師與教保員好友數愈多,組織公民行為的表現會愈強。 六、教師與教保員知覺的職場友誼整體與組織公民行為表現呈中度正相 關。 七、教師與教保員知覺的「友誼機會性」、「友誼普遍性」二構面與組織 公民行為表現均呈中度正相關。 八、教師與教保員知覺的「友誼機會性」、「友誼普遍性」二構面與職場 友誼整體 均呈高度正相關。 最後,依據研究結果,提出結論與理論意涵,並對幼兒園、教師與教保員及未來研究提出建議。

This study aimed to investigate the relation of workplace friendship to the organizational citizenship behavior of preschool educators. The subjects were the public preschool teacher and educare giver in New Taipei City. We adopted questionnaire survey to be the method of collect data. A total of 363 questionnaires were issued with 327 valid questionnaires received. The valid response rate comes to 90.1%. The collected data were analyzed through Spss for Windows 22 version with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Bonferroni posterior comparisons and Pearson product-moment correlation. The major findings of the study are summarized as follows: 1.The level of entire and two dimensions perception of preschool teachers and Educare givers’ workplace friendship were above average, the perception of “friendship opportunities” was higher than “friendship prevalence”. 2.The dimension of preschool teachers and educare givers’ organizational Citizenship behavior only has“the public behavior of interpersonal relationship”. 3.The more younger, the more perception of workplace friendship in preschool Teachers and educare givers. 4.The more number of friends, the more perception of workplace friendship in preschool teachers and educare givers. 5.The more number of friends, the more perception of organizational citizenship behavior in preschool teachers and educare givers. 6.There are moderate positive correlation between workplace friendship and organizational citizenship behavior. 7.The perception of preschool teachers and educaregivers’ “friendship portunities” and “friendship prevalence” and organizational citizenship behavior are moderate positive correlated. 8.The perception of preschool teachers and educaregivers’“friendship pportunities” and “friendship prevalence” and entire workplace friendship are highly positively correlated Finally, according to the findings, the suggestions for the preschool, teacher and educare giver, and the future research are provided at end of the thesis.
