師徒制功能、同儕學習、知識分享與學習成效關係之研究:以技職校院競賽選手為例

摘要


因應政府推動觀光政策,帶動來台旅客增加,使國內觀光旅館數目提升,促使更多人力需求。技職校院學生為觀光旅館人力的重要來源,為培育出符合業界需求之學生,各校皆會聘請專業教師進行指導。同時,學生在學習過後與同儕的互動也會影響學生學習的效果。因此如何提升學生的學習效果,使其能力能夠符合業界需求,是目前非常關切的議題。本研究目的乃是在探討技職校院競賽選手師徒制功能、同儕學習、知識分享與學習成效之因果關係。 本研究採用立意抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,受測對象為技職校院競賽選手與其隊友同儕。問卷總計發放160組,回收有效問卷為110組,有效回收率為68.75%。研究顯示:師徒制功能與同儕學習、知識分享具有顯著的正向影響;同儕學習與知識分享、學習成效有顯著的正向影響;知識分享與學習成效有顯著正向影響;同儕學習不會對師徒制功能與學習成效產生中介效果;知識分享會對師徒制功能與學習成效產生完全中介效果;同儕學習與知識分享會對師徒制功能與學習成效產生完全中介效果。透過本研究,希望有助於技職校院研擬出適當的培訓計畫,進而有效提升競賽選手的學習成效。

In response to the policy of tourism industry, the number of passengers coming to Taiwan had increase. And also bring about more hotels in Taiwan. The increasing number of hotels in Taiwan demands for more related workers. Students in university of technology has become important part of human resources. In order to cultivate students who meet the needs of the industry, all schools will hire professional teachers to guide. After the studying, the interaction of students with peers also affects the effectiveness of learning. Therefore, how to improve students and cultivate students to meet the needs of the industry are the issues nowadays. The purpose of this study is discussing the causal relationship of contestants’ mentoring functions, peer learning, knowledge sharing and learning performance. The research method was to use questionnaire survey and collected data through purposive sampling. The samples of this research were contestants in university of technology and their teammates or their peers. There were 160 questionnaires to dispatch. A total of 110 questionnaires were received, with a responding rate of 68.75%. The results indicated that: A positive correlation is found between mentoring functions and peer learning, knowledge sharing. A positive correlation is found between peer learning and knowledge sharing, learning performance. A positive correlation is found between knowledge sharing and learning performance. Peer learning hasn't mediation effect on the relationship between mentoring functions and learning performance. Knowledge sharing has mediation effect on the relationship between mentoring functions and learning performance. Peer learning and knowledge sharing has mediation effect on the relationship between mentoring functions and learning performance. Based on the conclusion above, we hope this research can be useful for university of technology to develop suitable training program, thus effectively improve contestant’s learning performance.
