2019年底新型冠狀病毒疾病(COVID-19)快速肆虐全球,廣泛的傳染令人擔憂,造成第一線醫護人員工作量倍增。疫情期間護理人員面臨諸多的壓力與衝擊,本研究旨在探討新冠疫情下之護理人員工作壓力之負面衝擊。本研究採用橫斷面結構式問卷進行調查,問卷內容包括「工作壓力」、「職業倦怠」、「工作滿意度」、「工作家庭衝突」、及人口統計變項。於2022年2月24日-2022年3月3日共蒐集167份問卷,扣除5份無效樣本,最後有效問卷數為162份。研究結果顯示工作壓力顯著正向預測職業倦怠,負向預測工作滿意度。工作與家庭衝突在工作壓力、職業倦怠與工作滿意中有中介影響。最後,本研究提出相關建議,以供相關單位在未來面對類似壓力情況下,能夠有具體的因應方案與參考。
At the end of 2019, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) rapidly raged around the world, the spread of the disease has been alarming causing the workload of frontline medical staff to double. Nursing staff during the epidemic Faced with many pressures and shocks. This purpose of research to negative impact of work stress on nurses due to COVID-19.This study was conducted using a cross-sectional structured questionnaire. The content of the questionnaire included job stress, job burnout, job satisfaction, work-family conflict, and demographic variables. A total of 167 questionnaires were collected from February 24, 2022 to March 3, 2022, 5 invalid samples were deducted, and the final number of valid questionnaires was 162. The results show that job stress significantly positively predicts job burnout and negatively predicts job satisfaction. Work-family conflict has a mediating effect on job stress, job burnout, and job satisfaction. Finally, the researcher puts forward relevant suggestions for relevant units to have specific response plans and references under similar pressure situations in the future.
