刷牙和老化對於牙科樹脂奈米陶瓷的光學性能之影響

Effect of simulated toothbrushing and ageing time on optical properties of dental resin nanoceramics

摘要


本研究使用二種市售牙膏經過模擬刷牙以及老化試驗來評估市售CAD / CAM用樹脂奈米陶瓷的光學性質和表面粗糙度。實驗使用兩種樹脂奈米陶瓷材料(Vita Enamic與Lava Ultimate),將材料製成不同厚度(0.5與1.0 mm)的長方形試片。使用電動牙刷與兩種市售牙膏模擬刷牙試驗,試片分為6個小組(對照組:刷牙0年;刷牙1、3、6、9及12年),老化試驗分為四個小組(對照組:冷熱循環0次;冷熱循環10000、20000及30000次)。刷牙及老化試驗前後使用牙科數位比色儀測量每個試片的亮度(L*)、紅/綠(a*)值和黃/藍(b*)值,使用測量的L*、a*和b*值計算半透明參數(TP),並使用表面粗糙儀測量試片的表面粗糙度(Ra),測量試片重量(g)以及厚度(mm)。實驗結果顯示使用高露潔全效牙膏Lava Ultimate與Vita Enamic厚度為0.5mm經過模擬刷牙12年後的L*值變高,與對照組有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。高露潔亮白牙膏Lava Ultimate厚度為0.5mm沒有顯著差異。厚度為1.0mm經過模擬刷牙12年後,厚度薄了接近一半,與對照組有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。經過模擬刷牙12年後,亮白牙膏比全效牙膏的a*值皆更偏向紅色、b*值皆更偏向黃色而TP值皆沒差異,除了Vita Enamic厚度為1.0mm經過模擬刷牙12年後的TP值升高與對照組有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。使用兩種牙膏刷牙均使表面粗糙度升高與對照組有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。兩種樹脂奈米陶瓷經過30000次冷熱循環後,L*值皆與對照組沒有顯著差異(P > 0.05),a*值偏向紅色,b*值偏向黃色。Lava Ultimate的TP值比對照組低,有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。兩者的表面粗糙度變高皆比對照組有顯著差異(P < 0.05)。 本研究結果證明,在模擬刷牙12年與老化試驗後,兩種樹脂奈米陶瓷的亮度和半透明度雖然都有變化,但均不影響美觀性,變化量皆在人眼感知顏色差異閥值範圍內。值得注意的是在耐磨耗性上,厚度減少將使得牙科贋復物的型態受到很大的改變。

Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the optical property and surface roughness of resin nano-ceramic materials by two kinds of toothpaste to simulated tooth brushing and aging. The experiment used two commercial resin nanoceramic blocks for CAD/CAM (Lava Ultimate and Vita Enamic) to make the test pieces of different thicknesses (0.5 and 1.0 mm). The simulated brushing test specimens were divided into 6 groups (control group: brushing 0 year; brushing teeth 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 years), the aging test was divided into four groups (control group: thermocycling 0 time; thermocycling 10000, 20000, and 30000 times). The lightness (L*), red/green (a*) and yellow/blue (b*) values of each test piece were measured before and after the brushing test and aging test using a dental digital colorimeter. Test pieces used the surface roughometer (Ra) of the surface roughness, weight (g), and thickness (mm). The experimental results show that the L* value after 12 years of brushing with Lava Ultimate and Vita Enamic with a thickness of 0.5 mm after using the Colgate totally toothpaste is brighter, which is significantly (P < 0.05). Both toothpastes increased the surface roughness to a significant difference from the control group (P < 0.05). After the two resin nano ceramics were subjected to 30000 cycles of Thermocycling, the L* values were not significantly different from the control group. The results of this study demonstrate that both the brightness and translucency of the two resin nanocomposite ceramics have changed after 12 years of simulated brushing and aging experiments with Vita Enamic and Lava Ultimate. In the range of the human eye perception color difference threshold, but the thickness will make the dental anatomy of the dental caries complex will be greatly changed.
