隨著交通便利,醫療服務打破地域限制,從地區性發展為跨國性產業,國際醫療已然成為世界趨勢。臺灣醫療走向精細化、智慧化、精準化管理同時,醫療照護品質提升及醫務管理人才培育,即成為國際醫療服務產業結構升級之重要關鍵。 本論文之研究以中部某醫療集團醫院為例,分析其國際醫療事業營運模式,除致力於配合國家政策推動「醫療走出去,病人走進來」之目標,自臺灣政府開放兩岸人民往來,不論在經貿、社會及醫療學術交化等方面,交流日益頻繁。因應大陸醫療改革推動,為完善基本醫療衛生制度,醫療衛生人才培訓需求大幅提升,臺灣具語言相近及醫療環境之優勢,個案藉其醫院管理經驗,開啟兩岸醫事人才培育新契機,以參訪培訓及大陸輔導託管業務,打造醫管雙向服務平台,實踐「醫院走出去、世界走進來」之理念。
With the progress of transportation infrastructure, medical service has broken geographical borders from regional development to a multinational industry. International medical care has turned into a global trend. While Taiwan's medical service is evolving to be more sophisticated, intelligent, and precise, it is crucial to continuously improve the quality of medical care and cultivate medical management personnel as well since it is the key to the upgrading of the international medical service industry. This thesis takes a Medical Center located in central Taiwan as an example to analyze its international medical business model, in addition to committing itself to promote the national policy of “Providing medical services to homes and encouraging patients to come forward” strategy. As of Taiwan government opened up cross-strait communications with China government, the economic, social and medical academic exchanges, etc. have significantly increased. In response to the promotion of medical reforms in China, the demand for Taiwan’s medical and healthcare personnel training has greatly increased in order to improve Taiwan’s fundamental medical and healthcare systems. Given Taiwan’s language and medical environment advantages, the Medical Center studied in this thesis leverages its hospital management experience to open up the opportunities for medical personnel training on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and building a two-way medical service platform by means of arranging visit training and providing counseling and custody services in China. It is now achieving its goal - ”We go global and the world comes in.”
