智慧型行動中醫健康管理系統
The intelligent health management system of traditional chinese medicine on mobile phone
摘要
現今台灣的醫療體系主要以西醫為主流，但因為受中國傳統的文化影響，使得西方醫學仍然無法取代中國醫藥，而且中藥的藥性溫和且副作用少，因此有許多國人喜好求診中醫。而在民國八十四年三月所開辦的全民健保亦將中醫納入健保，更多人利用中醫作為治療的方法。在市面上，有關於中醫類的 App 不勝枚舉，但是大部份中醫類的App都是以問卷式或選單式的方式提供使用者查詢現在身體的狀況，因此我們開發了「智慧型行動中醫健康管理系統」App，分為綜合診斷、歷史查詢、中醫衛教、中醫師線上檢測和中西藥物交互作用查詢的功能，在綜合診斷部分，透過可伸縮式光源補強載具來進行拍攝，系統便會將綜合診斷結果導入雲端資料庫儲存，本系統也提供雲端中醫師診斷功能，讓使用者能更了解自己的身體狀況外，同時會將診斷結果導入分類器進行訓練。在中醫衛教的部分，會將雲端資料庫的資料回傳至使用者端進行相關中醫類的相片或知識的查看。中西藥物交互作用查詢會將使用者輸入關鍵字，透過雲端將搜尋的結果回傳至手機端，避免使用者食用到交互作用的食物或藥物。在歷史查詢的部分，系統會透過雲端將資料庫的資料傳回手機端給予使用者查看自己的歷史身體狀況。

Today Nowadays the medical system of Taiwan mainly takes the doctor practicing western medicine as the mainstream, Because the Chinese traditional culture influence, keeping the Western medicine still from substituting for the Chinese medicine. Because traditional Chinese medicine property temperate, and side effect are few, therefore still many people liked the treating Chinese medicine, Also, because of the popularity of smart phones, We have developed a system of diagnostics of Chinese medicine to help people through mobile phones you can get Chinese anywhere, anytime trying to analyze people's health and reduce the time spent on the line to see the traditional Chinese medicine.We integrate the palpation diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis, PalmPrint and physique of 3 major elements as a basis for judging. It can obtain tongue outline and PalmPrint outline accurately with an optimized Canny method, then extract features within tongue and PalmPrint region and finally make diagnosis with extracted features. The physique interrogated the questionnaire that the way produced to judge individual physique through the Chinese medicine. Finally combining the tongue, palmprint, and questionnaire method, Three characteristics of human physiological information import to trained Hybrid-neuro-fuzzy system and Adaboost-classifier for resolution and obtains the complete health advice report.
