近年來,因醫療政策不穩定與環境存在許多的不確定性,使得醫院經營方式開始面臨各種挑戰,醫院經營者必須有效整合內部資源,根據現有的資源基礎發展競爭策略,以逐漸改善醫院的經營績效。醫院為有效控制成本並提昇醫療品質,而開始將部份業務外包,即是目前受到重視的外包管理課題。 本論文採用個案研究方法,以體外震波碎石機合作委外案為例,選擇中部地區一家具有代表性的醫院作為個案研究樣本,從分析其個案現行的外包業務內容、購置醫療設備儀器的評估方式,以及探討個案醫院對於體外震波碎石委外合作模式之決策考量因素與合作結果,發現個案醫院透過委外合作以維持市場競爭優勢,其共同點有降低投資成本、增加病患量、提升競爭力、彌補院內專業不足及分擔風險,並提出整體性建議。
In recent years, due to the instability of healthcare policy and much of the environment uncertainty, the hospital management is starting to face various challenges. In order to continuously improve the business performance, the hospital management must effectively coordinate internal resources and develop competitive strategy based on resources in hands. Outsourcing is one of the key solutions to the challenge hospital management faced in terms of the cost control and the healthcare quality. The research methodology of this thesis is case study. The subject is a prestigious hospital in central Taiwan, and the purpose of the study is to gain an insight into its outsourcing model of the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter. From the outsourcing scope, the procurement assessment, and the study decision-making factors and cooperation results of the case hospital for the extracorporeal cooperation model of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and find that the case hospitals maintain the competitive advantage of the market through outsourcing cooperation. The common points are to reduce investment costs, increase the number of patients, and enhance competitiveness. Make up for the lack of professionalism in the hospital, and share the risks. And puts forward an overall recommendation.
