本研究採用限制理論TOC(Theory of Constraints)的方式,將國際標準組織ISO(The International Organization for Standardization)導入樣本教學醫院,藉此改善院內的醫療品質、員工向心力和工作環境、醫院的成本節約…等等問題,提升樣本醫院的內部以及外部的競爭力。 過程中是以一對一的方式,和各單位主管以及基層員工進行面談,並且實地到各單位了解目前所遭遇到的困難以及需要協助改進的地方。以各個案例的方式呈現改善過程以及如何使用TOC的步驟分析問題解決問題,最後再以總論來探討改善後整體的對外和對內競爭力是否改善。
In this study, the TOC (Theory of Constraints) method, and the International Standards Organization ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) were employed into a teaching hospital, to improve the quality of medical care in hospital, the centripetal force and the working environment of staff, the hospital cost savings ... and so on. Also, enhance the hospital's internal and external competitiveness. Process is based on one-on-one manner; interviews and field trip to understand the difficulties encountered and evaluate the need for facilitate improvement. The individual problem was proposed and uses the TOC analysis of the steps to solve the problem, and then discuss totally to improve the overall competitiveness of external and internal improvements.
