被動式採樣器在作業環境監測上的需求研究

摘要

被動式採樣器在1973年在美國首度被Pamles等研究者提出之後，在1978年被動式採樣器開始商品化，被動式採樣器愈來愈被世界各國應用於作為勞工環境監測評估工具。
本篇研究旨在瞭解目前被動式採樣器用於作業環境監測上的使用需求，共做了兩次問卷調查：第一次在104年10月下旬寄出，以不記名方式共寄出167份問卷，共回收50份，此問卷分為三大部分：第一個部份為填答單位基本資料；第二部份是針對單位對被動式採樣器使用需求；第三部份是填答人的基本資料部分。第二次在104年11月2日當天舉辦「被動式採樣器應用與驗證準則研討會｣同時發出並直接回收，共發出77份問卷，回收了59份，其中有效問卷佔58份。
這兩份問卷都是以被動式採樣器應用及作業環境監測相關問題為主，藉此瞭解相關單位對於被動式採樣器的使用與需求，為對呼應出寄出的問卷調查以再測信度，我們把兩份資料一起對比做比較，分析在相關使用需求上的異同，以作為瞭解相關單對被動式採樣器上的使用需求。結果：我們可以發現使用過被動式採樣器的單位佔23.4%、
沒使用過被動式採樣器的單位佔多數的75.6%，在有使用過被動式採樣器中的單位有54.5 %進行實際執行測定、18.2 %進行研究、9.1 %進行應用評估。問卷調查統計發現，有35.3%認為被動式採樣器可以作為評估的工具，另有25.3%認為可以用其他的方式進行評估，僅有4.7% 認為不可以使用被動式採樣器。若是被動式採樣器可以被使用時，有21.6%只要符合公司政策或委託單位同意即可以使用被動式採樣器進行採樣工作。另有17.6%認為只要是屬於應以主動式採樣方式的物質，都不能用被動式採樣器進行監測工作。在這兩份問卷研討會前跟研討會中所發出的問卷調查統計比較發現，認同使用被動式採樣器的百分比都有增加。
本研究透過問卷調查大部份認為，被動式採樣器用在作業環境測定作為採樣分析工具是可行，且被動式採樣器是值得使用在作業環境監測工作。

In 1973, Pamles et al firstly mentioned about passive samplers in United States. Since 1978, several kinds of passive samplers have been commercialized. More researches were published for workplace monitoring of passive samplers. More and more countries use passive samplers for workplace monitoring. Business entities use passive samplers as sampling tool to evaluate the exposed limit for harmful chemicals from work labor.
The main purposes of our research were: (1) to understand the health risk of work labor who were exposed to harmful chemicals under permissible exposure limit (PEL), we tried to evaluate the feasibility to use passive samplers as sampling tool for workplace monitoring; (2) to study the demand and need for passive samplers used by institutions and sampling organizations. We assigned the questionnaires and sent out to the institutions and sampling organizations with return envelopes. Totally, 50 were collected and analyzed by SPSS for Windows 12.0. The questionnaires were surveyed via descriptive statistics.
The results were as follows: (1) it was feasible to use passive samplers as sampling tool for workplace monitoring; (2) business entities and sampling organizations still need them for workplace monitoring. It was feasible for passive samplers used as sampling tool for workplace monitoring. Business entities and monitor organizations still need passive samplers for workplace monitoring.
