探討台灣國中生幽默表現風格對其生理、心理、社會健康之影響

摘要


研究動機及目的:國中階段的學生是處於青少年發展的前期,是由兒童到成人這中間過程的過渡期,正面臨高度的升學競爭壓力,不僅要面對生長發育的問題,也會有來自家庭、學業、同儕,師長、社會環境等生活上的事件。且幽默表現行為常見於國中生的日常生活當中,若是未能有效的應對與調適,則可能會影響其身心健康。因此本研究欲探討國中生之幽默表現風格對其生理、心理及社會健康之影響。方法:利用國科會補助計畫之「台灣地區國中生有關幽默之概念及型態:幽默對個人健康的影響研究」的部分資料進行次級資料分析。研究樣本來自台灣北、中、南、東四區,隨機抽樣出各五所公立國中,於校內七至九年級各隨機抽出一個班級,最後納入本研究分析之樣本有1639人。本研究所指之幽默表現分為「貶低自己」、「貶低別人」、「肢體動作」、「機智反應」四種方式。以SEM(結構方程模式)分析幽默表現風格與生理、心理及社會健康之影響研究。結果與結論:「貶低自己」對於心理健康較具負面影響,但對於生理健康則有正面影響。「貶低別人」對於社會健康較具負面影響,但對於心理健康則有正面影響。「肢體動作」對於生理健康、心理健康及社會健康均具正面影響,最具影響為生理健康,其次是社會健康與心理健康。「機智反應」對於社會健康較具正面影響,但對於生理健康及心理健康則具負面影響。建議:在國民中學以「班級」為單位,實施幽默表現風格認知課程,藉以提升國中生對於良好及有害的幽默表現風格的認知,進而減少因為使用有害的幽默表現風格所造成的健康危害。

Motivation and purpose: Junior high school students is the transition from child to adult. Facing a high level of academic competition pressures, not only the problem of growth and development, but also from the family , school, peers, teachers, social and life events. Humor expression is common in junior high school students in daily life, if not effectively deal with the adjustment, it may affect their health. Therefore, our study is to investigate the effects of humor expression on physical, mental and social health among junior high school students in Taiwan. Methods:"Concepts and patterns in Taiwan junior high school students about the humor: effect of humor on personal health" program of the Ministry of Science and Technology grant some of the information will be secondary data analysis. Research samples from northern, central, southern and eastern region of Taiwan, a random sample of all five public junior in school grades seven to nine each randomly selected classes, and finally included in the sample in this study analysis have 1639 students. Our study class four humor style: "belittle yourself," "belittle others", "physical action", "witty response". Effects of humor expression on physical, psychological and social health is using SEM (structural equation modeling) analysis. Results and conclusions: "Belittle yourself" for the more negative impact on mental health, but it has a positive impact on physical health. "Belittle others" for the more negative social health impact, but it has a positive impact on mental health. "Physical action" for the more positive impact on physical health, mental health and social health. Physical health as the most influential, followed by social health and mental health. "Witty response" for the more positive impact on social health, but physical health and mental health is having a negative impact. Recommendation: In junior high school with "class" as a unit, the implementation of the performance style of humor awareness programs in order to enhance junior high students have good cognitive of humor expression, thereby reducing the health hazards due to the use of harmful humor expression caused.
