公園照明燈具設置對使用者影響之研究

摘要

本研究針對台中市三座公園(健康公園、草悟園道、文心森林公園)之照明燈具設置，進行實地照明量測與使用者主觀感受問卷調查。
量測結果顯示，公園照明品質會因座落區域之不同而有所差異，整體感受易因公園內單一區域之照明水準偏高，使全區照度差異呈現極端或分佈不均等現象;而三座公園亮度量測結果皆偏低，故受訪民眾對公園之照明光線並無刺眼或眩光感受，本研究共計有效問卷299份，資料分析結果顯示：受訪者普遍認為公園各區照明有分配不均與照明設施維護品質不佳等現象；照明資訊接受度愈高之民眾，其發生危害之經驗亦較低，故加強宣導照明資訊，對於民眾安全是有益的。最後建議CNS應參考運動場地設施規範參考手冊, 修改運動區照度值以符合需求。

In this study, the lighting settings of three Taichung Parks (Health Park、Calligraphy Greenway、Wen-Xin Forest Park) are measured for its actual lighting brightness in the field and questionnaires are given to investigate the users' subjective experience .
The illumination measurement results showed that (1) the illumination quality varies with the location of the lighting facilities, (2) the overall user experience has an effect caused by the high level of illumination within a particular area in the park, so that the illumination differences overall the park are uneven; and the luminance measurement results show low in that three Parks, so the people surveyed are not dazzled by the illuminating light in the parks. There are 299 valid questionnaires in this study and its data analysis shows: (1) respondents believe that the lighting facilities are unevenly distributed and not well maintained, ... and so on; (2) the higher degree of the people accepting the illumination information, the less harming experience occurred to them, so it is beneficial for the public safety to advocate the knowledge about the lighting on parks of urban areas.
At last, CNS is recommended to refer to Sports venues and facilities Specifications Reference Manual and modify the luminance value in the Park and Sports Area meet the need of users.
