警務人員職場疲勞及工作特質與健康相關生活品質之相關性探討-以新北市為例

摘要


本研究主要目的在於探討新北市警察人員職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質之相關性研究,研究目的為一、了解及描述新北市警察人員個人背景變項、職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質現況。二、不同背景變項在職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質之相關分析。三、職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質之相關分析。四、職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質之預測力分析。五、根據研究結果提出建議,以提供政府單位警察人員職場疲勞與工作特質現況,及健康相關生活品質提升之工作相關調整及介入方案參考。 本研究採橫斷式(cross-sectional)問卷調查,研究對象針對新北市警務人員進行,調查採立意抽樣方式.提供新北市警務人員線上問卷填答,共計262 人參與,總計回收有效問卷共262 份。本研究問卷分為三個部分,第一部分為新北市警務人員基本人口學背景資料;第二部分為職場疲勞、工作特質量表(中文版工作內容問卷C-JCQ);第三部分為生活品質問卷量表(臺灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷WHOQOL-BREF)。量表經信度及效度檢定,問卷結果採用統計分析軟體SPSS統計套裝軟體進行多變量因素分析,並以結構方程模式作為路徑分析的工具。 研究結果發現:一、警務人員之職場疲勞、工作特質與健康相關生活品質,會因社會人口學變相的不同具有顯著差異。二、警務人員之職場疲勞及工作特質與健康相關生活品質呈現負相關。三、警務人員的社會人口學變項及職場疲勞、工作特質,對其健康相關生活品質有顯著影響。 根據本研究結果可作為政府單位針對警務人員健康生活品質提升及職場疲勞與工作相關調整及介入方案參考。

The aim of this study is to learn more about whether there is any difference in job characteristics and health-related life quality of police population in New Taipei City due to different personal background variables. An assessment of occupational fatigue and health-related issues is also performed in the study by analyzing the job characteristics of police population. The Job Content Questionnaire (C-JCQ, Chinese version) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Instruments (WHOQOL-BREF, Taiwan version) were online-version that administered to 262 of police population of New Taipei City by purposive sampling. Statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS including multivariate analysis and structural equation model as a tool for path analysis. This study fully reflects the working environment and characteristics of police occupation. Not surprisingly, the ratio of male to female officers is high. Also, unexpected situations, unplanned tasks and urgent cases causing the uncertainty of the job characteristics lead to a higher level of personal burnout, followed by issues of overtime work and overwork. According to the question of “over-commitment to work”, 88.6% of individuals think that they scarify other activities for work and 55.8% of individuals do not want to engage more efforts and time in work. This result fully reflect higher occupational fatigue of police population. Moreover, according to the questions associated with life quality, it is obvious that they also need more medical assists and have bad sleep quality.
